PURPOSE: An RNAi carrier containing cacatus virus X coat protein gene is provided to product transformed cactus having CVX resistance. CONSTITUTION: A cacatus virus X resistant plasmid(KACC 95089P) contains cacatus virus X coat protein gene of sequence number 1 in a forward direction and reverse direction. An Agrobacterium transformant is prepared using the cacatus virus X resistant plasmid. A method for producing the transformed cactus comprises: a preparing the plasmid to which the cacatus virus X coat protein gene; a step of transforming Agrobacterium using the plasmid; and a step of transforming cactus using the Agrobacterium.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel mannosidase derived from microorganisms in intestines of Ptecticus tenebrifer, a gene coding the mannosidase, a recombinant vector including the gene, and a transformant transformed by the recombinant vector. The recombinant mannosidase is mass-produced by the present invention for using in agricultural and food industries and increasing an economic effect of the mannosidase.

PURPOSE: An Upo swamp regosol-derived novel esterase L28 and a use thereof are provided to decompose fat under an alkali environment and to effectively remove oil and fats with ester bond. CONSTITUTION: Esterase contains an amino acid sequence in sequence number 1. A gene encoding esterase contains a nucleic acid sequence in sequence number 2. A vector contains the gene. The vector is pUC118 vector. A transformant is prepared by transforming with the vector. The transformant is E.coli.

CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide contains an amino acid sequence in sequence number 1. A gene contains the polypeptide, and is derived from Ptecticus tenebrifer. The gene contains a nucleic acid in sequence number 2. A vector contains the gene. A transformant is prepared by using the vector.

PURPOSE: A Hermetia illucens-derived pullulanase protein is provided to enable easy heterologous expression in gram positive bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A Hermetia illucens-derived pullulanase protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A gene encoding pullulanase protein contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant vector contains the gene encoding the pullulanase protein. E.coli is transformed by the recombinant vector. The transformed E.coli is SS4(Escherichia coli SS4)(deposit number: KACC91569P). A primer set for amplifying a pullulanase gene contains oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 3 and 4.
