PURPOSE: A composition containing new serine protease having thrombolysis obtained by extraction and purification of Scarabaeidae as an insect is provided which is excellent in fibrinolytic activity and can be used as a therapeutic agent for treatment of diseases related with thrombus. CONSTITUTION: Scarabaeidae as an insect is soaked in a mixed solution of tris-hydrochloric buffer solutions and sodium chloride solutions, centrifuged and purified after extraction to produce serine protease. The serine protease has an amino acid sequence represented by an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 or 2 in Sequence Listing at the amino terminus, a molecular weight of 27,000 daltons and optimum activity in the range of 10 to 15deg.C and pH 5.0 to 10.0.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition including a silkworm extract as an active ingredient for regulating blood glucose, a natural medial product, and a health functional food. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention includes an active ingredient including an extract extracted from silkworms at day 3 of the fifth stadium, wherein the extract is extracted using ethanol as a solvent. The pharmaceutical composition, the natural medical product including the same for regulating blood glucose, and the health functional food of the present invention have accurate preparation method and capacity to secure a high blood glucose regulatory function so that remedial effects which can be induced therefrom are more excellent than from existing silkworm powder. The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition including hemolymph derived from silkworms. The cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises hemolymph derived from silkworms, and more specifically, comprises hemolymph from silkworms obtained by putting a crude extract containing silkworm tissues remained after removing silk glands from the silkworms, treating with heat, and refining a supernatant solution obtained by continuous centrifugation. According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition comprising hemolymph derived from silkworms which is harmless to human body and has excellent anti-oxidant activity, anti-microbial activity, whitening effects, etc. is provided.
