Abstract:
PURPOSE: Nanoemulsion based on alkylethercitrate is provided to give the stability of storage, the maintenance of good transparency and the incorporation of bulky oil with good cosmetic property. In addition to the nanoemulsion above, their use in cosmetics, skin science, pharmacy and/or ophthalmology are provided. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion is comprised of oil phase dispersed in water phase, has less than 100nm of number average size of oil small sphere, contains anionic surfactants selected from alkylethercitrate, also at least one oil having more than 400 of molecular weight, and has 2 to 10 at their ratios of oil phase for amounts of the surfactant. The nanoemulsion is characterized in that its turbidity is 60 to 600 NTUs. The amount of the surfactant is characterized by being 0.2 to 15wt%, preferably 3 to 6wt% based on total weight of nanoemulsion.

PURPOSE: A nanocapsule comprising poly(alkylene adipate) which effectively protects an active ingredient and makes a manufacturing process of the nanocapsule easy, a method for preparing thereof and a cosmetics or a dermatological composition containing thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A nanocapsule comprises: (a) a lipidic core which forms or contains a lipophilic active component; and (b) a water-insoluble, continued polymer envelope, wherein the polymer envelope contains at least one linear or branched polyester of poly(alkylene adipate) including an unit derived from an adipic acid and an unit derived from more than one alkane-diol and/or more than one ether-diol and/or more than one triol. The cosmetics or dermatological composition include the nanocapsule of poly(alkylene adipate) in physiologically acceptable carrier. The nanocapsule is prepared by: (i) dissolving poly(alkylene adipate), lipidic phase which forms or contains lipophilic active component and an optional coating agent in an adequate, water-miscible organic solvent; (ii) preparing an aqueous solution of an adequate surfactant; (iii) adding the organic phase prepared from the step (i) to the aqueous phase prepared from the step (ii) with stirring at a proper speed; and (iv) evaporating all organic phases and possible, a little aqueous phase.

PURPOSE: A nanoemulsion based on fatty esters of sugar or fatty ethers of sugar is provided, which has stability in preservation; maintains excellent transparency; has good cosmetic property; and contains a lot of oil. An use of the nanoemulsion in the fields of cosmetics, dermatology and/or ophtalmology is also provided. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion based on fatty esters of sugar or fatty ethers of sugar comprises of: a surfactant(C8-C22 fatty esters of sucrose, maltose, glucose and fructose, esters of C14-C22 fatty acid and methylglucose, alkyl polyglucoside and mixture thereof) being solid under 45°C, selected from an esters of fatty acid and sugar, and an ether of fatty alcohol and sugar; one or more oil having over 400 of molecular weight. In the o/w nanoemulsion, weight ratio of oil phase to the surfactant is 2-10, and average size of an oil globule of the nanoemulsion is smaller than 100nm by passing through high-pressure homogenizer more than one times.

PURPOSE: A novel double strand RNA oligonucleotide is provided to use as whitening agent and/or anti-browning agent in cosmetics. CONSTITUTION: A method for suppressing tyrosinase expression is using double strand RNA oligonucleotide. The double strand RNA oligonucleotide contains sequence of the sequence number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 or 47. The zeta potential of the oligonucleotide is 10~-80 mV and the oligonucleotide is bound to cationic particle. The double strand RNA oligonucleotide is used as a whitening agent or anti-browning agent.

A nanoemulsion comprising a dispersed lipid phase in an aqueous phase with the lipid globules having an average size of less than 100 nm contains: (1) a surfactant (solid at up to 45 degrees C); (2) at least one oil with a molecular weight of more than 400; and (3) at least one ionic amphiphilic lipid . A nanoemulsion comprising a dispersed lipid phase in an aqueous phase with the lipid globules having an average size of less than 100 nm contains: (1) a surfactant (solid at up to 45 degrees C) such as sorbitan fatty esters optionally oxyethylenated; (2) at least one oil with a molecular weight of more than 400; and (3) at least one ionic amphiphilic lipid such as alkaline salts of dicetyl- and dimyristylphosphate, alkaline salts of cholesterol sulfate or phosphate, lipoaminoacids, sodium salts of phosphatidic acid, cationic amphiphilic lipid or alkylsulfonic derivatives at a lipid phase/surfactant weight ratio of 2-10. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a topical composition comprising the above described composition; (2) an ophthalmic support comprising the above described composition; (3) a pharmaceutical composition comprising the above described composition; (4) a cosmetic method for the care and/or hydration of the skin, mucosa and/or scalp by applying the above described composition; and (5) the preparation of the composition by mixing an aqueous phase and a lipid phase at 10-80 degrees C and homogenizing the mixture at 6 x 10 -18 x 10 Pa.
