Abstract:
The present invention relates to a colored photosensitive resin composition, which comprises a copolymer, an epoxy resin compound or a compound derived from the same, a polymerizable compound, a photo-polymerizable initiator, and a colorant component including a black colorant and a blue colorant. The colored photosensitive resin composition of the present invention satisfies not only the elastic recovery rate, resolution, chemical resistance, and thickness, but also transmittance and optical density when formed into a cured film, so the colored photosensitive resin composition can be manufactured into a column spacer, black matrix, or black column spacer to be used in various electronic elements including an OLED display and an LCD panel.

본 발명은 [A] (a-1) N-치환 말레이미드기 함유 중합성 화합물로부터 유도되는 구성단위 50~70 중량%, (a-2) 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산, 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 무수물, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 유도되는 구성단위 3~40 중량%, (a-3) 방향족환 함유 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물로부터 유도되는 구성단위 2~40 중량%, 및 (a-4) 상기 (a-1) 내지 (a-3)와는 상이한 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물로부터 유도되는 구성단위 0~40 중량%를 포함하는 공중합체; [B] 중합성 화합물; 및 [C] 중합 개시제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 감광성 수지 조성물은 유전율이 낮으면서도 메인 스페이서와 서브 스페이서간 단차가 3000Å 이상으로 구현되고 탄성 회복율이 뛰어나고, 내화학성이 우수하며, 패턴의 상부/하부의 비율이 높은 차광성 스페이서를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition and a spacer using the same, wherein the photosensitive resin composition comprises a copolymer including a component induced from 4- hydroxybutyl (meth) acrylate glycidyl ether, a component induced from an N-substituted maleimide compound, and a component induced form an aromatic ring containing ethylenically unsaturated compound, and has the high resolution, development, the gap between the main and sub spacers, has a high upper and lower part rate of the pattern, and has an excellent storage stability like chemical resistance, when used for manufacturing a spacer, and can be used for manufacturing a sun blocking spacer by adding a black pigment, and thus, is useful as a material for forming a protective film, an inter-layer insulating film, and a spacer used for the various electronic elements including OLED and LCD panel.

PURPOSE: A coloring dispersed solution and a photosensitive resing composition is provided to give an excellent dielectrict constant and elastic recovery rate with especially an excellent chemical resistance black matrix and black column spacer with an excellent resolution and storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A coloring dispersed solution comprises (a) copolymerization unit of chemical formula 1 and a copolymerization uni of chemical formula 2, and a copolymer including 1 or more of copolymerization unit comprised with a chemical formula 3 and 4, (b) dispersing agne, (c) pgment, and (d) solvent. Also the photosensitive resin composition comprises the coloring dispersed solution, alkali soluble resin, polyfuncitonal monomer, photopolymerization initiator, and solvent. The alkali soluble resin polymerizes (meth) acrylic acid, N-substituted maleimid group monomer, and styrene group monomer.

PURPOSE: Photopolymerizable unsaturated resin is provided to provide a block-shielding spacer with excellent resolution and elastic restitution while having a low dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION: Photopolymerizable unsaturated resin is a product which is obtained by reacting an epoxy adduct, which is obtained by reacting epoxy resin indicated in chemical formula 1 with an unsaturated basic acid, with a polybasic acid anhydride. A photosensitive resin composition comprises the photopolymerizable unsaturated resin, a functional monomer which has one or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds, a polymerization initiator, a black organic pigment, and a solvent. The black organic pigment includes one or more selected from a group consisting of aniline black, lactam black, and perylene black.
