Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a device having suitable property for a thin film transistor by respectively constituting a driving thin-film transistor using metallic catalyst and a switching thin film transistor using a solid phase crystallization method. CONSTITUTION: Gate electrodes(140,141) are arranged to be respectively corresponded to a first semiconductor layer(120) and a second semiconductor layer(121). A source/drain electrode is respectively connected to the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. An insulating layer(170) is arranged through the front side of a substrate(100). A first electrode(180) is connected to the source/drain electrode of the first semiconductor layer. A buffer layer(110) corresponding to the source/drain region of the first semiconductor layer comprises metallic catalyst.
