Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a semiconductor device is provided to reduce the number of photolithography processes in the formation process of contact hole or contact structure in which the top layer is not overlapped with the bottom layer. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist pattern covering the first contact hole(110) is formed on an interlayer dielectric(106) in which the first contact hole is formed by the first photolithography process. The interlayer dielectric is etched to form the second contact hole(114) by using the photoresist pattern as an etch mask. A part of the photoresist pattern is eliminated to remove etch byproducts on the second contact hole. A subsequent process is performed on the second contact hole by using the residual photoresist pattern as a mask.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing state information in a portable phone terminal is provided to simply transmit and receive state information between portable phone terminals without an additional base station server equipment or the agreement of a service by adding a unique code to a message and analyzing the unique code so that it is possible for knowing a current state of a user. CONSTITUTION: If a telephone call process is started, a signal generating unit(102) generates a state request signal for confirming the state of a reception side. If call is received from a transmission side, the signal generating unit(102) detects whether the state request signal exists, and generates a state acknowledgement signal of a portable phone terminal in case that state acknowledgement information is set up. A signal analyzing unit(104) analyzes a signal provided from an object-side portable phone terminal through a base station, and judges whether the state request signal or the state acknowledgement signal exists. If the state request signal exists, the signal analyzing unit(104) provides the state acknowledgement signal to the signal generating unit(102). If the state acknowledgement signal exists, the signal analyzing unit(104) analyzes the state acknowledgement signal, and outputs state information. A judgement and process unit(108) judges whether it is possible for speaking with a recipient of the reception-side portable phone terminal, grasps the state of the reception side according to state information provided from the signal analyzing unit(104), and generates a processing signal according to the grasped result.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a floating electrode of a flash memory is provided to reduce a decrease of a filed in an O/N/O etch process by tilting a part of the floating electrode even if the height of the floating electrode is high, and to prevent a bridge between the floating electrodes by making a part of the floating electrode erect. CONSTITUTION: An ion implantation process is performed regarding a substrate(1). After an isolation layer(3) and a tunnel oxide layer are formed, the first polysilicon(5) is deposited. A chemical mechanical polishing(CMP) controlling nitride layer is formed. An active region and an inactive region are divided to trench-etch the inactive region. The trench region is filled with an oxide material. After a CMP process is performed, the CMP controlling nitride layer is removed. The second polysilicon is deposited. A nitride layer as a hard mask is deposited and a photoresist layer is deposited. A floating electrode pattern(7) is formed by a photolithography process. An etch process is performed to vertically etch the hard mask. A part of the lower portion of the polysilicon of the floating electrode is left while a part of the upper portion of the polysilicon is slantingly dry-etched. The hard mask is eliminated by a phosphoric acid process. An O/N/O layer is formed. Polysilicon and tungsten silicide are deposited to form a control electrode by a photolithography process. An interlayer dielectric is formed and a metal deposition process is performed.
