PURPOSE: A variable resistance memory device and a programming method thereof are provided to increase the lifetime of a device by reducing a switching current inputted to a variable resistance device. CONSTITUTION: A bypass circuit(130) bypasses a switching current inputted to a variable resistance memory cell. A voltage sensor outputs a control signal according to the set state of the variable resistance memory cell. A bypass transistor is connected in parallel to a variable resistance memory cell(120). An inverter inverts the voltage of an input terminal of the pulse and provides the inverted signal as a control signal. A delay circuit(110) outputs a control signal by delaying the set pulse.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A resistive random access memory device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to implement a high integration array with a plurality of laminated memory layers by forming a 3D cross point architecture with a process step by which one memory cell is formed. CONSTITUTION: A resistance memory device(1) includes 3D-cross point architectures, which are formed by arranging memory cell blocks in 3D. The memory cell block defines a cross point of a bit line and a word line. The resistance memory device comprises a plurality of the word line(W1,W2,W3,W4) and a plurality of the bit line(B1,B2,B3). The word lines and bit lines are functioned as an electrode.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for requesting, deleting and changing an MCBCS(Multicast and Broadcast Service) channel in a broadband wireless access system are provided to reduce an overall transmission delay for processing an MCBCS call and effectively utilize a processing capacity. A terminal transmits a channel select request message to an MCBCS server(130) in order to request a channel. The MCBCS server searches a mapping table to extract an MBS(Multicast and Broadcast Service) zone identifier mapped to a base station identifier and a broadcast channel identifier included in the channel select request message, generates a new channel select request message including the extracted MBS zone identifier, and transmits it to a policy server. When a DSA(Dynamic Service Addition) trigger request message is received from the policy server, a BSC(Base Station Controller)(120) searches the mapping table to extract a MAC layer name tag mapped to a broadcast channel identifier included in the DSA trigger request message, generates a DSA request message including the extracted MAC layer name tag, and transmits it to the terminal.

PURPOSE: A surface mounting method of a semiconductor chip is provided to simplify mounting processes without packing materials necessary to transfer a semi-finished semiconductor chip structure to a predetermined position. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of semiconductor chips are arranged on a semiconductor wafer. A plurality of solder bumps are formed on a backside of the wafer corresponding to conductive contact portions of each semiconductor chip(S1). An under-fill material is coated on the entire backside of the wafer(S2). The under-fill material is partially cured to obtain adhesiveness from the under-fill material(S3). The wafer is cut into a plurality of semiconductor chips and the chips are directly arranged on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(S4,S5). The resultant structure is heated at a predetermined temperature range(S6).

A transmission telephone number display control method displays a transmission telephone number on a display device before inserting a transmission paper to the facsimile machine. Accordingly, the user can input a telephone number before inserting a transmission paper to a facsimile machine. In a transmission telephone number display control method of a facsimile having a display part and a key input part, the transmission telephone number display control method includes the steps of: checking whether a telephone number to be transmitted is input; displaying an input telephone number digit on the display part, and storing the input telephone number digit into a memory; checking a predetermined telephone number size and a paper insertion state under a start-key input state of the key input part; and dialing the telephone number stored in the memory, and transmitting the paper.

본 발명은 돔 스위치에 관한 것으로서, 간단한 구조를 가지면서도 제품의 작동 효율성과 신뢰도를 향상시킨 돔 스위치가 개시된다. 개시된 돔 스위치는 돔형 접점부, 돔형 접점부의 외측 테두리에 형성되어 회로기판과 접지되는 접지부 및, 돔형 접점부와 접지부 사이에 구비되고, 도금되지 않은 미솔더링영역으로 구성되는 밴딩부를 포함한다. 돔형 접점부와 접지부는 내측면이 도금되고, 밴딩부 하부에는 돔형 접점부와 접지부를 연결하는 복수개의 브릿지가 더 구비될 수 있다. 브릿지는 접지부와 일체형이고, 도금되지 않은 미솔더링영역인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 돔 스위치는 메탈 소재의 박막을 가압해 환형의 돔형 접점부를 형성하는 단계, 돔형 접점부의 외측 테두리에 회로기판과 접지되는 접지부를 형성하는 단계, 돔형 접점부와 접지부 사이에 복수개의 곡률을 형성하여 밴딩부를 형성하는 단계 및, 돔형 접점부와 접지부의 내측면을 부분 도금하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 밴딩부 하부에 돔형 접점부와 접지부를 연결하는 브릿지를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 돔 스위치 및 그 제조방법은 돔 스위치의 밴딩부를 도금되지 않은 미솔더링영역으로 하여, 돔 접점부의 접촉효율을 높임으로써, 제품 신뢰도를 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

작업성 및 수리 용이성이 향상되도록 개선된 구조를 가지는 인쇄회로기판 어셈블리 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 인쇄회로기판 어셈블리의 제조 공정은 인쇄회로기판 표면에 마련된 복수의 접합패드에 전자부품을 장착하기 위해 솔더를 도포하고, 리플로 솔더링을 통해 전자부품을 인쇄회로기판에 결합시키고, 전자부품의 강성을 보강하기 위한 언더필 수지재료를 도포하고, 전자파를 차단하기 위해 쉴드캔 접합패드에 쉴드캔 접합용 솔더를 도포하여 쉴드캔을 장착하고, 언더필 수지재료의 경화 및 쉴드캔 접합을 동시에 수행하는 것으로 진행된다.
