A microchannel device includes a main chamber, a plurality of flow channels which are radially spaced from each other in the main chamber, connection channels which independently connect the flow channels to the main chamber, and a porous membrane which is formed in each connection channel. The porous membrane forms fine particles by combining fine particles using a solution including fine particles.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for electrical measurement of cell deformation are provided to easily determine whether a sample cell is a normal cell or cancer cell according to the deformation degree. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for electrical measurement of cell deformation comprises an electrode pair(110), a suction channel(100), a transfer channel, and a measuring unit(130). The electrode pair is arranged with a gap. The suction channel draws in a sample cell between the electrode pair. The suction channel transports the sample cell to the suction channel. The measuring unit is connected to the electrode pair and measures the electrical characteristics between the electrode pair in order to determine the deformation degree of the sample cell.

미세채널을 형성하는 커버 구조 및 베이스 구조 내에 이온 농도 분극(Ion Concentration Polarization) 현상을 유발하기 위한 이온 선택성 멤브레인(ion selective membrane)을 형성하는 방법은, 커버 구조에 유전체 미립자를 포함하는 액상의 콜로이드를 전사하는 단계, 액상의 콜로이드가 전사된 커버 구조와 베이스 구조를 적층하는 단계, 및 액상의 콜로이드에서 유전체 미립자를 상호 결집시켜 유전체 미립자들 간의 공간으로 특정되는 이온 선택성 멤브레인을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A wind power generator and a dual wind power generating system are provided to produce electricity by periodically vibrating a piezoelectric element by wind. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator comprises a pressure gradient member(110), a piezoelectric element part(120) and a guide duct(130). The pressure gradient member is arranged on the movement route of the wind. The pressure gradient member generates the pressure gradient according to time. The pressure gradient member comprises a propeller. The piezoelectric element part is arranged to be contiguous to the pressure gradient member. The piezoelectric element part generates the electricity with the pressure gradient according to time.
