Abstract:
PURPOSE: A biomarker for leukemia in children and a method for predicting the risk of leukemia in children are provided to check the genetic character of an individual and to diagnose risk. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing leukemia in children contains: a polynucleotide containing 8-200 serial base sequences with an SNP of rs703817, rs17433222, or rs3794845; or a complement thereof. A kit for diagnosing leukemia in children contains the marker. A method for diagnosing leukemia in children comprises: a step of preparing nucleic acid samples from a test sample; a step of determining the base sequence of an SNP of rs703817, rs17433222, or rs3794845 in the nucleic acid sample; and a step of determining the risk of leukemia in case that rs703817, rs17433222, and rs3794845 is GG, GG, and CC, respectively.

본 발명은 이소플라본 대사와 관련한 유전자, 특히, NF-κB, ERK, AKT 신호전달경로상의 유전자로부터 유래된 단일염기다형(Single-Nucleotide Polymorphism; SNP)을 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 그의 상보적 폴리뉴클레오티드를 제공하며, 보다 구체적으로는 서열번호 1 내지 서열번호 13으로 구성되는 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 폴리뉴클레오티드로서, 27번째 염기(다형성부위)를 포함하는 10 내지 50개의 연속 DNA 서열로 구성되는 위암 감수성 진단용 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 그의 상보적 폴리뉴클레오티드를 제공한다. 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 그의 상보적 폴리뉴클레오티드는 위암의 임상적 진단의 표지 인자로서 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An AKT signal transduction-related polynucleotide for diagnosing gastric cancer susceptability is provided to quickly and early classify a patient with high susceptability. CONSTITUTION: An AKT signal transduction polynucleotide for diagnosing gastric cancer susceptability is related to isoflavone metabolism and is selected from sequence numbers 1 and 2. The polypeptide for diagnosing gastric cancer susceptability contains 10-50 continuous DNA sequences containing 27th base(polymorphic site). A probe for diagnosing gastric cancer susceptability contains the polynucleotide or a complementary polynucleotide thereof.

PURPOSE: An ERK signal transduction-related polynucleotide is provided to identify SNP with a relation with gastric cancer susceptibility, and to use the SNP as a clinical marker for diagnosing gastric cancer susceptibility. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide or a complementary polynucleotide thereof for diagnosing gastric cancer susceptibility is related to ERK signal transduction pathway, and is selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1-4. A kit for diagnosing gastric cancer susceptibility contains the polynucleotide or the complementary polynucleotide thereof. A method for evaluating gastric cancer susceptibility comprises a step of preparing nucleic acid from a sample, and a step of detecting the presence of a gene sequence which indicates gastric cancer development.

A method for diagnosing acute lymphocytic leukemia comprises: a step of preparing a nucleic acid sample from an analyte; a step of determining the base sequence of an SNP of rs3776932, rs6140264, rs12105972, rs9388856, rs9388857, or rs1360756 in the nucleic acid sample; and a step of determining the determined the risk of the sequence.
