PURPOSE: A biomarker for acute lymphocytic leukemia is provided for detecting an individual genetic character and to diagnose the risk of leukemia. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing acute lymphocytic leukemia contains a polynucleotide or complement thereof having 8-200 serial sequences with an SNP of rs3776932, rs6140264, rs12105972, rs9388856, rs9388857, or rs1360756. A method for diagnosing acute lymphocytic leukemia comprises: a step of preparing a nucleic acid sample from an analyte; a step of determining the base sequence of an SNP of rs3776932, rs6140264, rs12105972, rs9388856, rs9388857, or rs1360756 in the nucleic acid sample; and a step of determining the determined the risk of the sequence.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for female breast cancer risk analysis and future breast cancer probability assessment, which includes the steps of: a) collecting the information needed to predict the risk of breast cancer from women who know their clinical information; and b) using the logistic regression analysis to select risk factors that influence the occurrence of breast cancer of the women, selecting the risk factors by distinguishing the women less than 50 years old and the women 50 years old and above, and obtaining a female breast cancer risk model by modeling the relation between the selected risk factors and the breast cancer of the women.

PURPOSE: A breast cancer-associated SNP is provided to be used in an in vitro diagnosis system with simplicity and high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A kit for breast cancer diagnosis contains a primer or probe which specifically binds to 10-100 serial nucleotide sequences, containing SNP site(GenBank SNP database, rs 2972388) having T at 401th nucleotide of sequence number 1. A T allele is TT homozygote. The kit is applied to Asians. A method for detecting a marker for breast cancer comprises a step of detecting the SNP as a CDK7 gene SNP. The detection is performed by a microarray method or gene amplification method.

A kit for diagnosing leukemia in children contains the marker. A method for diagnosing leukemia in children comprises: a step of preparing nucleic acid samples from a test sample; a step of determining the base sequence of an SNP of rs703817, rs17433222, or rs3794845 in the nucleic acid sample; and a step of determining the risk of leukemia in case that rs703817, rs17433222, and rs3794845 is GG, GG, and CC, respectively.
