Abstract:
The present invention comprises the steps of: pulverizing coal; manufacturing coating oil by mixing and stirring middle distillate with solvent oil; manufacturing coal slurry by mixing and stirring the pulverized coal and coating oil at room temperature; separating the coating oil and coal cake from the coal slurry using a solid/liquid separator; evaporating and drying the solvent oil and water contained in the coal cake; and molding the coal cake. The modification method can produce high quality coal with high caloric value and minimize moisture reattachment and natural combustion. 본 발명은 탈아스팔텐 용매추출 장치, 유동층 촉매 열분해 장치 등 중질유 고도화 설비에로의 원료 공급을 원활하게 하기 위하여 중질 원유의 저온 유동성을 개선하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 중질 원유에 고전압의 전기장을 인가하여 중질 원유 내의 아스팔텐 응집을 유도하고 점도를 강하시킴으로써 별도의 교반 장치나 스태틱 믹서, 라인 믹서 없이 원활한 공급이 가능하도록 하는 중질유분 공급 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A catalyst for acid components in high TAN crude oil and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to especially remove naphthenic acid among the acid components, and to improve activity and stability under acidic atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst used for removing acid components in high TAN crude oil includes alkaline earth metal silicate or alkaline earth metal aluminate which is gained by reacting silicate or aluminate anions with alkaline earth metal cations. A molar ratio of alkaline earth metal/Si or Al is 10 or less. The catalyst is manufactured by a high-temperature plasticity method, a sedimentation method or a sol-gel method. The catalyst is used at a temperature of 150 °C ~ 500 °C. The catalyst for removing the acid components is a natural mineral of forsterite, talc or enstatite.

PURPOSE: A combustion promoter using organic sulfonic acid calcium salt is provided to guide completed combustion by using the organic sulfonic acid calcium salt as the combustion promoter by diluting and dispersing the organic sulfonic acid calcium salt in an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A combustion promoter using organic sulfonic acid calcium salt is manufactured by dispersing and diluting the organic sulfonic acid calcium salt in an organic solvent. The combustion promoter is an anionic surfactant consisting of a hydrophobic organic material and calcium sulfonate of a hydrophilic group. The organic material includes an alkyl group/benzene group of which the number of carbon atom is 9-30.

본 발명은 가열된 폐유내에서 폐타이어를 열분해 반응시켜 오일화하기 위한 열분해 반응조건과 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로 열분해 반응시 온도를 380℃로 낮추고 폐타이어와 폐유의 공급비를 2:1하여 분해시킴으로서 폐유에 대한 폐타이어의 처리량을 높이고 열효율을 증대시켰으며 반응기내에 첨가제 수산화 칼슘[Ca(OH) 2 ]을 첨가하여 열분해 생성오일 중의 유황분과 염소등의 유해물질의 함유량을 최소화하였고, 열분해 장치의 기계적 결함을 해소하기 위해 폐유가열장치, 폐타이어의 연속공급장치, 열분해 반응기 및 잔유물 건조기의 장치상의 문제점을 개선한 폐타이어/폐유의 복합열분해에 의한 오일화 장치.

PURPOSE: A reforming method of coal is provided to increase the reforming efficiency and the average caloric value of coal by coating palm residual oil on the surface of the coal. CONSTITUTION: A reforming method of coal includes the following steps: coal is pulverized in a pulverizer(1); palm residual oil is homogenized with the pulverized coal in a mixer(3) to be dissolved; the dissolved liquid is coated on the surface of the coal; moisture in the coal is dried in a drying stabilizer(6); and the coal is further cooled and shaped. The average size of coal particles through the pulverization is lower than or equal to 10mm. The amount of the palm residual oil is 0.5-30 weight% of the pulverized coal.
