Abstract:
PURPOSE: A radiation radioprotective composition containing geraniin isolated from Nymphaea tetragona var. angusta extract fraction is provided to promote protection and recovery of hematopoietic system and to suppress oxidative cell damage. CONSTITUTION: A radiation radioprotective composition contains 0.001-10.0 weight% of geraniin as an active ingredient. The geraniin is isolated from Nymphaea tetragona var. angusta extract fraction. A method for isolating geraniin comprises: a step of preparing Nymphaea tetragona var. angusta in a powdery form and suspending with distilled water; a step of fractioning with hexane, ethyl acetoacetate, butanol, and water; a step of fractioning with methylene chloride, diethyl ether, ethyl acetate, and acetone; and a step of isolating geraniin by column chromatography.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A producing method of honey containing chitoic acid and the honey produced therefrom are provided to offer the physiologic activity of the chitoic acid to the honey. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of honey containing chitoic acid comprises the following steps: feeding a feed composition containing the chitoic acid to honeybees; and extracting honey from a honeycomb of the honeybees. The feed composition for the honeybees is in a liquid form, and contains water and sugar.

본 발명은 안페논(Annphenone)이 함유된 더위지기 추출분획조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 안페논(Annphenone)이 함유된 더위지기 추출분획조성물은 더위지기( Artemisia iwayomogi )을 메탄올로 추출하고, 이 메탄올 추출물을 헥산과 물로 분배추출한 후, 분리된 물층에 극성이 다른 용매인 클로로포름과 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올을 넣고 순차적으로 분배추출하여 용매분획물을 제조한 후, 그 중 에틸아세테이트 분획물을 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 분획하고, 이 분획물을 헥산으로 정제하여 제조된다. 본 발명에 의해 항산화효과 및 세포보호효과를 갖는 안페논(Annphenone) 성분이 함유된 더위지기 추출분획조성물이 제공된다. 안페논, 더위지기, 항산화, 세포보호, 활성산소종, 아폽토시스

A radiation protective composition comprising fucoidan is provided to protect the radiation excellently, thereby preventing the decrease of circulatory leukocyte count and the death of bone marrow cells in accordance with the application of the radiation. A composition for protecting radiation comprises fucoidan which is prepared by dissolving fucoidan in phosphate buffer saline(PBS) as an effective ingredient, wherein the 1-10mg of fucoidan is dissolved in 1ml of the PBS.
