A method for preparing a fraction concentrate of Elaeocarpus sylvestris var. ellipticus is provided to be able to obtain the fraction which is able to inhibit the lymphocyte damage by the radioactive rays irradiation and the apoptosis of tissue cells. A method for preparing a fraction concentrate of Elaeocarpus sylvestris var. ellipticus comprises the steps of: (a) after drying branch of Elaeocarpus sylvestris var. ellipticus in the shade, finely cutting it to prepare Elaeocarpus sylvestris var. ellipticus finely cut materials; (b) after precipitating the prepared cut materials in 70% ethanol at a temperature of 20-25 deg.C for 20-24 hours, filtering it using a filtering device under reduced pressure to prepare an ethanol extract; (c) concentrating the ethanol extract under reduced pressure to prepare a concentrate solution; (d) after suspending the concentrate solution with distilled water and putting 0.5-2 liters of hexane in 1 liter of the suspension with agitation, separating a hexane layer using a separatory funnel to obtain the remaining water layer; (e) after putting 0.5-2 liters of ethylacetate in 1 liter of the water layer with agitation, separating an ethylacetate layer using a separatory funnel; (f) concentrating the ethylacetate layer under reduced pressure to prepare an ethylacetate concentrate solution; and (g) after mixing the ethylacetate concentrate solution with sellaite and charging a column with the mixture, obtaining an ethylacetate fraction using ethylacetate as a developing solvent and then concentrating the fraction to obtain the fraction concentrate of Elaeocarpus sylvestris var. ellipticus.

CONSTITUTION: A radiation protective composition contains DHPC(diphlorethohydroxycarmalol) of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The compound is derived from Ishigeaceae plants. The composition also contains Ishigeaceae plant extract as an active ingredient. The Ishigeaceae plant is Ishige okamurae. The extract is prepared using water, methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, acetone, ether, benzene, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methylana chloride, n-hexane, acetic acid, formic acid, citric acid, or cyclo hexane.

A radiation protective composition comprising fucoidan is provided to protect the radiation excellently, thereby preventing the decrease of circulatory leukocyte count and the death of bone marrow cells in accordance with the application of the radiation. A composition for protecting radiation comprises fucoidan which is prepared by dissolving fucoidan in phosphate buffer saline(PBS) as an effective ingredient, wherein the 1-10mg of fucoidan is dissolved in 1ml of the PBS.

PURPOSE: A horse herpesvirus vaccine formulation targeting Fc receptor of dendritic cells is provided to effectively enhance horse immunity. CONSTITUTION: An EHV-1(equine Herpesvirus-1) vaccine formulation contains a fusion protein as an active ingredient, in which inactivated EHV-1 and immunoglobulin heavy chain constant region are conjugated by covalent bond. The inactivated EHV-1 is obtained using ethylene imine, derivative of ethylene imine, beta-propiolactone, aldehyde compound, formalin, phenol, hypochlorite, or detergent. The EHV-1 vaccine formulation additionally contains an adjuvant. The vaccine formulation is used for injection.
