PURPOSE: A marble chip manufacturing method, a marble chip manufactured by the method, and artificial marble including the marble chip are provided to manufacture artificial marble with specific patterns by freely controlling the shape, color, and material of marble chips. CONSTITUTION: A marble chip manufacturing method is as follows. A composition of marble chips is poured into a mold after vacuum-defoaming, wherein the marble chip composition is composed of a binder and reactive monomer at a weight ratio of 1:1~9:1. The marble chip composition is cured and separated from the mold.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A paste for an electrode of a solar cell and the solar cell using the same are provided to improve the photoelectric efficiency of a solar cell by adding PbO of 0.05 to 1.5 weight% to the paste for an electrode of the solar cell including conductive materials, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A wafer(100) includes a p layer(101) and an n layer(102). A rear electrode(210) is formed by drying the wafer at 300 degrees centigrade for 20 to 40 seconds after a paste is printed on the rear of the wafer. A front electrode(230) is formed by drying the wafer after the paste is printed on the front of the wafer. The paste includes conductive materials, glass frit, organic vehicle, and PbO.

A conductive paste composition is provided to perform work without separate protective film in lead-free soldering and to have no change of heat resistance and flexibility after lead-free soldering by using phosphorous-linked polyester resin and epoxy-based binder. A conductive paste composition comprises conductive material 40~90 weight%, binder resin 1~30 weight%, hardener 0.1~5 weight% and the balance of solvent. The binder resin comprises polyester containing phosphorous and at least one selected from epoxy resin or phenol resin. The conductive material is at least one selected from the group consisting of silver, nickel, aluminum and carbon nanotube. The epoxy resin comprises one or two mixture selected from the group consisting of novolac-modified epoxy resin, bisphenol epoxy resin and phenoxy resin.

Provided is a paste composition for forming a transparent dielectric for a plasma display panel, which uses surface-treated glass powder to improve the dispersibility, to enhance decomposition of an organic binder, to inhibition generation of air bubbles, and to improve transmission of a transparent dielectric. The paste composition for forming a transparent dielectric comprises glass powder, an organic binder and an organic solvent, wherein the glass powder is surface treated with ammonium nitrate. The glass powder is preferably treated in a wet treatment manner. The surface treatment is performed by using 0.05-3 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the glass powder. The paste composition comprises 60-85 wt% of glass powder, 0.5-5 wt% of an organic binder and the balance amount of an organic solvent.

PURPOSE: A paste composition is provided to avoid necessity of a washing process after a doping process and an etching process using a fluorine compound and a phosphorous compound. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition(30) with etching and doping functions comprises a dopant which can be doped in n-type or p-type, an organic binder, and a solvent. The paste composition is doped on a silicon wafer while etching the film on the silicon wafer(10) containing a thin film(20) formed at one side through a firing process. The thin film is any one selected from silicon oxide layer, silicon nitride layer, metal oxide layer and amorphous silicon layer.

CONSTITUTION: It is formed on the backplane substrate(150) facing the electrode layer is the front substrate(100) into the longitudinal direction or the traverse direction. One or more electrode layers is among electrode layers to the two-layer structure of the lower part buffer layer and top conductive layer.
