PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to easily remove a base film even if the base film is temporarily compressed. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film comprises a base film(3), a conductive adhesive layer(2), and an insulating adhesive layer(1). The base film is made of polyethylene terephthalate. The conductive adhesive layer is formed on the base film and contains conductive particles(4). The insulating adhesive layer is formed on the conductive adhesive layer. The melt viscosity of the conductive adhesive layer is higher than the insulating adhesive layer.

Polyamide resin in the present invention is a polymer of dicarboxylic acid and diamine, and the dicarboxylic acid includes branched aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. The polyamide resin has excellent heat resistance and processability and is capable of reducing gas generation rate in a molding process.

The present invention relates to a polyamide resin that is obtained by copolymerizing: (A) a dicarboxylic acid component including (a1) an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component; and (B) a diamine component including (b1) 75 to 85 mol% of an aliphatic diamine component and (b2) 15 to 25 mol% of toluene diamine. The polyamide resin according to the present invention has a repeating structure of a dicarboxylic acid part derived from the dicarboxylic acid component (A) and a diamine part derived from the diamine component (B). The polyamide resin has excellent processability, heat-resistance, and dimensional stability.

PURPOSE: A modified polyamide-based resin is provided to have excellent heat resistance, moldability, and whiteness, and to have low moisture absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: A modified polyamide-based resin includes a repeating unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid represented by chemical formula 1; and a repeating unit derived from an aliphatic saturated diamine represented by chemical formula 2. The repeating unit derived from the aliphatic saturated diamine has a carbon number different from a repeating unit derived from C2-6 aliphatic saturated diamine and a repeating unit derived from the C2-6 aliphatic saturated diamine, and includes C6-12 aliphatic saturated diamine.

PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film composition is provided to provide an anisotropic conductive film having low electric conductivity, not generating corrosion under applying current or voltage, and having excellent long-term connection reliability. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film composition comprises a binder part, a curing part, a radical initiator, and a conductive particle. The binder part comprises an acryl resin, and one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber) based resin, urethane based resin. An electric conductivity of the anisotropic conductive film is excess 0, and 100 uS/cm or less. The ion content in the NBR resin is excess 0, and 100 ppm or less. The ion content of the urethane resin is excess 0, and 100 ppm or less.

본 발명은 도전층의 점도가 절연층의 점도보다 높게 조절되어 전기적 도통성이 우수하면서도 접착력 또한 우수한 이방성 도전 필름에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 도전 입자 및 폴리실세스키옥산을 함유하는 도전층 및 절연층을 포함하며, 상기 도전층의 최저 용융 점도가 상기 절연층의 최저 용융 점도보다 큰, 복층형 이방성 도전 필름 및 이를 이용하여 접속된 반도체 장치에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 서로 상이한 2종의 디카르복실산 단량체와 지방족 디아민 단량체를 축중합하여 형성된 폴리아미드 수지를 제공한다. 상기 2종의 디카르복실산 단량체들은 유사한 구조를 공유하는 탄소수 8 내지 10인 고리형 카르복실산 단량체(B) 및 방향족 디카르복실산 단량체(A)이고, 상기 지방족 디아민 단량체(C)는 탄소수 10 내지 12를 가지며, 상기 디카르복실산 단량체와 축중합하여 용융가공성 및 내열성이 우수하고, 저흡수성의 특성을 갖는 폴리아미드 수지를 제공한다.
