A composition for preventing and treating highly pathogenic avian influenza virus is provided to have suppression effect to highly pathogenic avian influenza virus by using an extract isolated from Panax ginseng. A method for producing a composition for preventing and treating highly pathogenic avian influenza virus comprises: a step of producing a Panax ginseng; a step of mixing the Panax ginseng with water in a mass ratio of 1:3-7, and maintaining at room temperature for 3-7 hours; a step of adding water containing purified water, low alcohol of C1-4, or their mixture solvent in a mass ratio of 1:5-20; a step of extracting for 2-8 hours one to five times; and a step of cooling, filtering and concentrating the extract.

PURPOSE: A composition comprising dried powder and an extract of epimedium leaves, and a manufacturing method of an animal feed including thereof are provided to secure the generative power reinforcing activity of an antioxidant or the animal feed including the composition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an animal feed including a composition comprising dried powder and an extract of epimedium leaves comprises the following steps: cutting the epimedium leaves; adding a mixed solution containing purified water and low class alcohol; and extracting for 1 hour~10 days in 15~30 deg C using an sonication extraction method; condensing and freeze-drying the extract; and mixing with the animal feed in a powder or granule state.
