본 발명은 소수성을 가지는 선형구조체와 그 제조방법 및 선형구조체를 이용한 섬유막에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 선형구조체는 선형으로 이루어져 있으며 신축성을 가진 제1층; 상기 제1층 상에 형성되어 있으며 돌기를 형성하고 있는 제2층; 상기 제2층 상에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 제2층보다 표면에너지가 작은 제3층을 포함한다.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, an ion field effect transistor having a heterogeneous triangular nanochannel includes a substrate, a polymer layer formed on the substrate and having a first flow path and a second flow path separated from the first flow path, and a gate electrode formed on the substrate and the polymer layer and touching the first and the second flow path. A heterogeneous triangular nanochannel connecting the first and the second flow path is formed between the gate electrode and the polymer layer.

PURPOSE: A nano electrode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to accurately measure an electric chemical reaction in a micro area by selectively using the top of a probe as an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A nano electrode includes a main body(100), a nano wire(300), an insulating layer(400), and a nano electrode(500). The main body includes a protruding probe(200). The nano wire is attached to the probe. The insulating layer surrounds the nano wire. An opening unit of the insulating layer exposes a top surface of the nano wire. The nano electrode is formed into a size smaller than 200nm.

PURPOSE: A nanoelectrode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily form a functional nanoelectrode and to enable to be applied to observation and measurement in various minute domains. CONSTITUTION: A nanoelectrode comprises a body(100), a nanowire(300), and a functional electrode. The body includes a protruded probe(220). The nanowire is attached to the probe. The functional electrode surrounds the nanowire and is formed in the entire nanowire.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for extracting nucleic acid using hydrogel column is provided to extract nucleic acid withough impurity and improve nucleic acid yield. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for extracting nucleic acid comprises a tube having an outlet opened at one side and a hydrogel support(16) filtering impurities. The apparatus further comprises a housing(12) connected to the outlet. The hydrogel support is made of 1%-2% of agarose gel. The hydrogel support has an injection groove connected in a longitudinal direction. The injection groove is formed at the center of the hydrogel support.
