Abstract: Provided is a coating device comprising a stirring cylinder in which the stirring cylinder is rotated and powder is uniformly stirred by a plurality of protrusion, and thus surface of the powder is uniformly coated. The coating device comprises: a stirring cylinder(6) which contains a powder, can be rotated, and comprises a plurality of protrusions at its inner circumference; a reactor vessel(4) which contains the stirring cylinder(6), and has a gas inlet(3) at its one end for chemical vapor deposition and a gas vent(5) at the other end; and a chamber(1) which contains the reactor vessel(4) and has both ends opened so that the gas inlet(3) and the gas vent(5) are exposed on the outside. Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnetoresistive thin film with superior thermal characteristics for a top or bottom type spin valve and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the diffusion of elements generated in respective layers by forming a proper oxide layer in the laminate structure and the transmission of Mn generated in an antiferromagnetic layer to other layers, thereby improving the thermal characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A magnetoresistive thin film with superior thermal characteristics for a top type spin valve is in the laminate structure of a buffer layer, a first ferromagnetic layer, a nonmagnetic layer, a second ferromagnetic layer, an oxide layer, another second ferromagnetic layer, an antiferromagnetic layer, and a protecting layer stacked on a substrate in sequence. The structure is formed by deposition in the DC magnetron sputtering and the oxide layer is introduced in the process of the deposition.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a magnetoresistive thin film of a magnetoresistive spin valve by using a difference of coercive force is provided to form a spin valve structure that expresses high magnetoresistivity and high magnetic sensitivity in a low magnetic field, by controlling the spin of a CoFe layer and a NiFe layer while using a coercive force. CONSTITUTION: The CoFe layer is formed as the first ferromagnetic layer by a thickness of 20-100 angstrom in a condition that sputtering power is 20-100 watt and the partial pressure of Ar is 1-10 milliTorr so that the CoFe layer has high coercive force. The NiFe layer is formed as the second ferromagnetic layer by a thickness of 20-100 angstrom in a condition that sputtering power is 30-100 watt and the partial pressure of Ar is 1-15 milliTorr so that the NiFe layer has low coercive force.

Abstract: An amorphous powder core and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to process the amorphous powder at a low pressure by increasing the coupling between powders by forming a rough surface on the amorphous powder. An amorphous powder is formed by curing the powder at a high speed. Copper is coated on the amorphous powder surface. The amorphous powder with the coated copper is oxidized, so that the copper oxide is formed on the surface thereof. An amorphous powder core is obtained by forming the amorphous powder with the copper oxide. The copper is applied on the amorphous powder with a thickness less than 1 um by using an electroless plating scheme. The oxidation of the electroless plating device is performed at a temperature higher than 400 degrees centigrade for less than 60 minutes.
