Abstract:
A high-speed gate drive circuit in an inverter circuit is provided, which is constructed in such a manner that the emitter of a semiconductor switch S1 is connected to one side of the primary side T11 of a sensing transformer, the cathod of a diode D2 is connected to the other side of the primary side T11, a gate resistor Rg1 is connected between a gate voltage Vg1 and the gate of semiconductor switch S1, the collector of a transistor Qa1 is serially connected to the cathod of a diode Da1 which is connected between the gate resistor Rg1 and gate of semiconductor switch S1, the emitter of transistor Qa1 is coupled to the emitter of semiconductor switch S1, a base resistor Rb1 is serially coupled to the base of transistor Qa1, and the secondary side T21 of the sensing transformer is connected in parallel to a sensing resistor Rs1 which is connected between the base resistor Rb1 and the emitter of transistor Qa1 in parallel.

에어로겔이혼입된단열복합재료제조시, 에어로겔의기공에휘발성물질을제공한후 고분자수지특히유연성고분자수지와혼합하여복합재료를형성하고휘발성물질을제거하도록한다. 이에따라복합재료에혼입된에어로겔의기공이수지에의해함침되어혼입된에어로겔의기공율이저하되는것을방지할수 있다. 또한, 에어로겔을혼입특히고함량으로혼입한플렉서블단열복합재료를제조시, 에어로겔을혼입한복합재료의취성(brittleness)이높아져외부충격에의해잘 부서지고, 제품으로가공하기어려운구조안정성저하문제점을방지할수 있다. 이에따라, 에어로겔혼입복합재료에있어서, 특히에어로겔을고함량으로혼입한복합재료에있어서도, 에어로겔이가진단열성능 (예컨대, 0.001-0.04 W/m?K 정도로낮은수준의열전도도)을유지할수 있고, 또한플렉서블복합재료의경우플라스틱소재의유연성을유지할수 있다.
