The classification unit compares a pre-set criteria range value with the noise value, thereby classifying a noise level. CONSTITUTION: A device for alarming approach to a vehicle comprises a vehicle detecting unit(10), a speed measuring unit(20), a control unit(30), a lighting unit(40), and a power supply unit(50). The vehicle detecting unit detects a vehicle approaching speed pump. The speed measuring unit measures the speed of an approaching vehicle. The control unit controls the lighting unit depending on the speed of the approaching vehicle using the output of the vehicle detecting unit and the speed measuring unit.
