본 발명은 다수의 컨테이너를 탑재할 수 있으며, 이를 운송 장치에 의해 하역 또는 선적할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 컨테이너 적재 장치는, 적어도 둘 이상의 적층된 컨테이너가 적재되는 팔렛트와, 팔렛트와 연결되어 적층된 컨테이너를 지지하기 위한 지지프레임과, 다른 운송 장치와 연결되어 팔렛트를 이송 가능도록 하는 운송 연결부를 포함한다. 이와 같이, 본 발명은 다수 개의 컨테이너를 적층할 수 있고 크레인에 연결 가능한 팔렛트를 제공함으로써, 한 번의 크레인 구동을 통해 다수 개의 컨테이너를 하역 또는 선적할 수 있기 때문에 선적이나 하역 작업 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.

본 발명은 레일을 이용한 컨테이너 이송 장치에 관한 것으로, 선박을 통해 수입되거나 혹은 선박을 통해 수출되는 팔렛에 실린 컨테이너 중량물의 하역 및 선적작업에 있어서, 유압식 스키딩 시스템의 동력원으로 유압식 리프트 기능을 가진 이송 대차를 컨테이너 중량물이 탑재된 팔렛 밑으로 이동시켜 팔렛을 리프트하여 수평 이송시켜 하역 및 선적함으로써, 컨테이너 중량물 이송의 신속성을 확보할 수 있고, 작업의 간편성 및 효율성을 확보할 수 있다. 또한, 통상의 철도 레일을 그대로 사용함으로써 사용의 간편성을 기할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A container transfer device using rails is provided to enable quick transfer of container load since a pallet is lifted and horizontally transferred. CONSTITUTION: A container transfer device using rails comprises a skidding system(20), a transfer vehicle(30), and a floating type pier(10). The skidding system provides power source and moves along a rail. The transfer vehicle connects to the skidding system. The transfer vehicle moves to the lower portion of a pallet in which the container is loaded, lifts the pallet, and transfers the pallet. The floating type pier connects an inner wall and the ship. The floating type pier comprises a pontoon and an inclined path.

An apparatus for recognizing and generating an unvoiced sound according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of passive radio frequency markers attached or inserted around the mouth of a deaf or a hearing-impaired person in order to recognize feature points around the mouth when the deaf or the hearing-impaired person generates the unvoiced sound; a data collecting part for collecting feature point data on three dimensional distance information of each marker from the passive radio frequency markers; a signal processing part for receiving the feature point data on the three dimensional distance information of each marker collected by the data collecting part, recognizing a syllable mapped with the feature point data on the three dimensional distance information of each marker and outputting a voice signal on the corresponding syllable; and a voice generator controller for outputting the voice signal, outputted by the signal processor, via a speaker. The present invention may obtain the feature point data on the three dimensional distance information of each marker from the passive radio frequency markers attached or inserted around the mouth of the deaf or the hearing-impaired person when the deaf or the hearing-impaired person generates the unvoiced sound, and may output the voice signal corresponding to its mapped syllable.

Disclosed is a method for installing an offshore wind power generator. The method includes a step of fixing wind power generator (1) and a vessel (2) with a first fixing unit (110); a step of moving the vessel (2) to the location where the wind power generator is to be installed; a step of dropping a shaft to sea surface after separating a second fixing unit from the wind power generator (1); a step of raising the wind power generator (1) from the sea surface by utilizing legs of jackup in a pontoon (a floating bridge: 20) of the vessel and a ballasting method; a step of fixing a shaft (15) by utilizing a second fixing unit (120) of the wind power generator (1); a step of separating the vessel (2) from the wind power generator (1) by releasing the first fixing unit (110); and a step of moving the vessel separated from the wind power generator (1).

PURPOSE: A quay system for loading and unloading containers, and a mobile harbor and a transportation device used for the same are provided to improve convenience and efficiency of transport by parallelly connecting pallets to be transported at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A quay system for loading and unloading containers comprises a quay(Q), a floater(100), a pallet(400), and a transfer module(300). Container storage yards(200,250) are formed on the upper side of the quay. The floater is docked in the quay to settle a ramp(110) in the quay. The palette accepts a container(1) and is loaded on the top of the floater. The transfer module parallelly carries a plurality of pallets from/to the floater to/from the container storage yards.

PURPOSE: A parallel type container transporter is provided to perform rapid transfer operation for load and unload tasks by connecting a plurality of transfer carriages in a row. CONSTITUTION: A parallel type container transporter comprises a transfer carriage(22) and a parallel connector(20). A palette(10) accepting container is respectively connected to the upper part of the transfer carriage. The parallel connector is connected with a tip part of the transfer carriage and connects transfer carriages in a row. The parallel connector comprises a transfer carriage connection part, a transport vehicle connection part, and a connection arm. The transfer carriage connection part is respectively connected to a plurality of transfer carriages. The transport vehicle connection part is connected to the transport vehicle. The connection arm interlinks the transfer carriage connection part and transport vehicle connection part.

PURPOSE: A container mounting apparatus is provided to load or unload multiple containers at once for reducing the loading or cargo working time by supplying a pallet capable of being connected to a crane. CONSTITUTION: A container mounting apparatus includes a pallet(100), a supporting frame(102), and a transfer connection unit. The pallet includes more than two layers of containers, and a fixing unit for fixing the pallet to the ground. The supporting frame is connected to the pallet for supporting the containers. The transfer connection unit is connected to other transfer devices for transferring the pallet.

PURPOSE: A method for constructing a ship on the sea and a connection block used therein are provided to make the ship having higher strength than a ship manufactured in land even though ship blocks are connected on the sea. CONSTITUTION: A connection block(3) for connecting a ship(1) on the sea comprises a ship block connection part(32), a connection block connection part(34), and a partition wall. The connection block connects two or more ship blocks(2) to each other on the sea. The ship block connection part is connected to one end of one ship block. The connection block connection part is connected to the other connection block. The partition wall is extended upward from the bottom of the ship so that a part of the cross section of one ship block can shut off seawater.
