A malignant tumor estimation method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: acquiring location information of at least one mass detected from a medical image of an object, and a first probability of the at least one mass being a malignant tumor; acquiring location information of at least one microcalcification detected from the medical image, and a second probability of the at least one microcalcification being a true microcalcification; determining the first mass and the first microcalcification based on location information of the at least one mass and location information of the at least one microcalcification; and determining a malignant tumor probability of the first mass using the first probability of the first mass and the second probability of the first microcalcification.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flexible optical device for skin therapy, and a flexible optical device manufactured by the same are provided to allow the flexible optical device to be adhered to skin. CONSTITUTION: A flexible optical device for skin therapy comprises a flexible substrate(500) and an LED element which is formed on the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate and LED element touch skin to be treated. The LED element is GaN LED element or a GaAs LED element. A method for manufacturing a flexible optical device for skin therapy comprises a step of separating the LED element from a sacrificial substrate and a step of transcribing the separated LED element to a plastic substrate.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a GaN(gallium nitride) LED array device for an optogenetics and the GaN LED array device manufactured thereby are provided to easily clarify a nerve circuit by allowing on-off stimulation of a nerve cell through an LED array which independently becomes on/off. CONSTITUTION: A bonding layer(501) is coated on a plastic substrate(500). A first passivation layer(310) is laminated on the bonding layer. A second passivation layer(320) is laminated on the first passivation layer. A third passivation layer(330) is laminated on the second passivation layer. A first contact line(502) is connected to a contact metal on an n-GaN layer. A second metal line(503) is connected to a contact metal on a p-GaN layer.

PURPOSE: A semi-fixed clustering realization system for cooperation transmission between base stations, method, and apparatus thereof are provided to solve interference problems for a cell boundary or a cluster boundary by increasing chances of the cooperation transmission between the base stations. CONSTITUTION: A base station apparatus(100) changes a sector into a right-handed screw or a left-handed screw in order to allocate common frequency band of plural sectors. The base station apparatus changes a cell of a cooperation transmission section and a cluster. In case a user terminal(200) locates an inter-cell boundary section of the cluster, the user terminal transmits data through cooperation transmission between base stations.

PURPOSE: A mobile communication service system and a method thereof are provided to supply interference sharing information to a neighboring FAP according to the device measuring information which is provided from at least one terminal device. CONSTITUTION: Each terminal devices(101~106) provides the device measuring information including information related to a corresponding FAP based on a signal from at least one FAP(200,300). Each of the FAPs supports a communication services from an external side about at least one terminal device which is accessed by being located in a predetermined area. Each FAPs recognizes the neighboring FAP based on the device measuring information which is provided from each terminal device. Each FAPs provides the interference sharing information to the neighboring FAP according to the device measuring information which is provided from at least one terminal device.
Abstract:
A fabrication method of CrTi underlayer for the processing FePt thin film for magnetic recording media is provided to reduce the temperature of the manufacturing FePt thin film to 250.C by using CrTi alloy underlayer. An FePt magnetic thin film using the CrTi underlayer is comprised of steps: obtaining the optimum Ti composition from the CrTi alloyed thin film; obtaining the underlayer having the optimum thickness of the alloyed thin film; obtaining magnetic thin film from the underlayer having the optimum thickness. In the optimum composition of the CrTi underlayer, X is 5at.%-20at.%, and the thickness of the CrTi underlayer is 1nm~50nm range to optimize the process condition of low temperature vapor deposition.

본 발명은 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 이용한 대사흐름분석(MFA: Metabolic Flux Analysis) 정보 시스템 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 XML을 이용하여 MFA 모델 피쳐(feature) 및 MFA 객체를 생성, 편집, 저장 및 가시화하고, 그 객체를 바탕으로 MFA를 수행하여 수득되는 결과를 편집, 저장 및 가시화할 수 있는 MFA 정보 시스템(Information System) 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 XML을 이용하여 MFA 정보 시스템(MFA Information System)의 MFA 모델 피쳐 및 MFA 객체를 생성, 편집, 저장 및 가시화할 수 방법을 제공함으로써, XML이 지니는 이식성, 재사용성, 해독성, 확장성, 유동성, 효율적인 데이터 교환 등의 이점을 활용하여 MFA 수행시 용이성과 편리함을 제공하므로 대사공학을 이용한 균주 개량에 응용될 수 있다.
