PURPOSE: A flexible gallium nitride light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively prevent mismatch of a substrate using a flexible substrate instead of a stiffness substrate. CONSTITUTION: A gallium nitride light emitting diode device layer is laminated on a silicon substrate(200). An ohmic contact is formed by laminating a metal layer(203) on the gallium nitride light emitting diode device layer. An element area of a gallium nitride light emitting diode including the metal layer is separated from a silicon sacrificial substrate. The element area of the gallium nitride light emitting diode is transferred on a flexible substrate. A transparency passivation layer is coated on the gallium nitride light emitting diode device layer.

Disclosed is a driver condition-based control method capable of recognizing a health condition of a driver and safely controlling a vehicle in case of emergency. The control method includes a step of determining whether a driver is registered driver or not based on a comparison between the collected biometric data of the driver and pre-recorded biometric data; a step of determining whether the health condition of the registered driver is changed or not based on the comparison between the collected biometric of the driver and the pre-recorded biometric data; and a step of providing information of a change in the health condition if it is determined that the health condition of the registered driver is changed. Therefore, the present invention can prevent vehicle accidents by safely controlling vehicles in case of an unexpected change in the health condition of the driver and enables prompt rescue.

CONSTITUTION: A cartridge(300a) for measuring biosample materials comprises: an upper cartridge(100a) having a first chamber(101), a first channel(103), and a third channel(105); and a lower cartridge(200a) having a third chamber(201), a fifth chamber(203), a fifth channel(205), an eleventh channel(217), and thirteenth channel. The lower cartridge further comprises a ninth channel(215) which is connected with the first channel to provide air pressure to the first channel.

PURPOSE: A bio chip and a method of detecting the bio chip are provided to detect an accurate amount of antigen by analyzing the amount of antigen according to absorbance difference. CONSTITUTION: A method of detecting a bio chip is as follows. First mixed solution of a sample is prepared, which comprises PVP and target molecule(S100). The absorbance of the first mixed solution is measured (S110). Second mixed solution is prepared, which comprises the PVP, the sample and the receiving element of the target molecule(S120). The absorbance of the second mixed solution is measured(S130). The absorbance difference of the second mixed solution and the first mixed solution is computed(S140). The concentrations of the PVPs and the samples of the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution are equal. The steps of measuring the absorbance comprise the steps of irradiating a given wavelength of light, of transmitting light from mixed solution, and of computing the absorbance from the transmitted light.

CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(110) includes a light emitting film and a light emitting supplementary film. The light emitting film contains silicon particles. The light emitting structure is interposed between a hole injection layer(100) and an electron injection layer(120).
