PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a display device including the same are provided to improve the transmittance and electric conductivity of a wire by forming a thin film forming active layer between a planarization layer and a metal thin film. CONSTITUTION: A planarization layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A thin film forming active layer(130) is formed on the planarization layer. A metal thin film(140) that is a first electrode is formed on the thin film forming active layer. An organic light emitting layer(150) is formed on the metal thin film. A second electrode(160) is formed on the organic light emitting layer.

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device, a lighting apparatus including the same, and a display apparatus inducing an organic light emitting apparatus are provided to improve light extraction efficiency by inserting a micro lens array between a transparent electrode and a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate includes a transmissive material. A first electrode(130) is located on the substrate. An organic light emitting layer(140) is placed on the first electrode. A second electrode(150) is placed on the organic light emitting layer. A first micro lens array is included between the substrate and the first electrode and has a refractive index larger than that of the substrate.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel mutated ornithine decarboxylase protein having enhanced capability of producing purtrescine, and to use thereof. According to the present invention, the mutated ornithine decarboxylase protein has putrescine conversion activity 21 times greater than that of natural type protein. When introduced into a prior putrescine-producing strain, the mutated ornithine decarboxylase protein significantly increases putrescine producing activity of the strain. Therefore, the mutated ornithine decarboxylase protein is an alternative for a protein used in the prior chemical synthesis pathway, and is expected to be used for more efficient mass-production of putrescine. In the mutated ornithine decarboxylase protein, a 163rd isoleucine amino acid residue and a 165th glutamic acid from an N-terminal of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) having an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID: 1 are mutated.

PURPOSE: A polypeptide is provided to suppress the activity of interleukin-6 (IL-6) with higher affinity than IL-6 receptor, thereby developing an agent for preventing or treating IL-6 related diseases. CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide which specifically binds to IL-6 contains N-terminal of internaline B, a modified repeat module of variable lymphocyte receptor (VLR), and C-terminal of VLR. The polypeptide has one amino acid sequence of sequence numbers 9 and 11-21. The polypeptide suppresses the activity of IL-6 by being conjugated to IL-6.

PURPOSE: A transparent display apparatus is provided to selectively control transparency and visibility using a blind panel of cholesteric liquid crystal base. CONSTITUTION: An image display unit(10) displays an image using an element consisting of transparent material. A blind panel(20) is combined with the bottom of the image display unit. The blind panel transmits light of visible light band among lights radiated to the blind panel side or reflects the light to the image display side after passing through the image display unit. The blind panel comprises a CLC(Cholesteric Liquid Crystal) which is combined between a first transparent electrode for applying voltage and a transparent electrode more than one layer.
