CONSTITUTION: A probe for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, contains one or more among sequence lists 29-50. A DNA chip for detecting Vibrio parahaemolyticus contains the probe. The DNA chip is used for quick and accurate detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.

PURPOSE: A lipase-producing strain is provided to ensure excellent lipase productivity and to produce detergent and organic compounds. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas fluorescence strain HUFS-629(deposit number: KFCC 11488P) produces lipase. The stain is isolated from soil. A nutrient agar containing tributyrin used as a lipase substrate is used as a medium for selecting lipase-producing strain. The concentration of tributyrin is 10uml per liter.

A detection method of Listeria monocytogenes as sitotoxism bacteria by using the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and enzyme-linked immune reaction is provided to rapidly and accurately detect the Listeria monocytogenes in the field of manufacture, keeping, circulation and sale of foodstuff. The detection method of Listeria monocytogenes by using the polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immune reaction comprise the steps of: performing PCR with the PCR primer which selectively detects the hly gene encoding the listeriolysin as the pathogenic factor(virulence factor) of the Listeria monocytogenes; hybridizing the PCR product with the probe which specifically binds to the PCR product; and applying the hybridized PCR product to ELISA(enzyme-linked immune reaction).

SG-007 strain is isolated from digestive organ of insect(ant, centipede, bee, moth, dragonfly, cicada, cricket, fly, earwig) and animal(spider, earthworm).
