CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning of fruit juice comprises: a step of performing lysis of fruit juice through ultrasonic wave to prepare sample; a step of adding chelating resin to the sample then centrifuging; a step of purifying the sample through gel filtration column to prepare DNA template; a step of performing realtime PCR with prepared DNA template.
