Abstract:
A method for offering a manual through the misoperation pattern analysis of a user equipment and a system therefor are provided to enable a user to efficient use a corresponding device through an efficient manual interface by collecting/recognizing patterns of frequent errors and offering a proper user manual announcement through the voice or display device. In case the inputted operation pattern of a user equipment is a misoperation pattern, a manual providing system searches manual information about the inputted misoperation pattern from an operation pattern sequence DB storing manuals corresponding to each maloperation pattern(300~315). In case the manual information is searched, a system extracts text information from the manual information(320), and then outputs the extracted text information through the voice or display device(325).
Abstract:
An olfactory sense base authentication system and a method thereof for performing user personal authentication by sensing olfactory information of the body of a user are provided to sense the inherent olfactory sense bio-information of the body of the user. An olfactory sensor unit(10) senses the inherent olfactory sense bio-information of the body of user according to the sensing request control of a controller(50). A sensing vector generator produces a plurality of sensing vectors from sensing values which become with the digitalization [digitalize] provided from a plurality of olfactory sensors. A learning unit(20) reads the initial studying request control of the controller, the comparative object olfactory sense organism information vector and study frequency. The storage stores the learned comparative object olfactory sense organism information vector and the comparative object olfactory sense organism information vector learned with the study frequency and authenticator(30).

본 발명은 디코딩 시간 예측에 따른 동작주파수 및 구동전압 변동을 이용한 MPEG 재생 장치 및 그 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 프로세서를 이용하여 MPEG 디코딩을 하여 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 디코딩할 MPEG 프레임의 종류 및 데이터 크기에 대한 정보를 획득하는 획득부, 디코딩할 MPEG 프레임 종류 및 크기 정보를 이용하여 프로세서를 이용할 때의 프레임 디코딩의 작업량 및 디코딩에 필요한 시간을 예측하는 예측부, 프레임 디코딩이 MPEG 프레임을 실시간으로 재생하기 위한 데드라인 시간 내에 끝나기 위한 프로세서의 최소한의 동작 주파수 및 그에 따른 구동 전압을 설정하는 설정부 및 설정된 주파수 및 구동 전압에 따라 프로세서를 구동하여 MPEG 프레임을 디코딩하는 디코딩부를 포함하여, 종래의 MPEG 디코딩과 비교하여 볼 때, 종래에는 디코딩의 실시간성을 위해 디코딩 사이에 대기 상태를 두었던 것을 본 발명에 따라 MPEG 프레임 디코딩에 필요한 계산량 및 시간을 예측하여 디코딩의 실시간을 보장하는 데드라인 시간을 넘지 않는 선에서 최소한의 프로세서의 동작주파수와 구동전압을 설정함으로써 MPEG 재생 장치에서의 전력소모를 최소화하는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for providing an SNS(Social Network Service) are provided to offer the SNS to users by providing characteristics to the users by analyzing information access method using indexes. CONSTITUTION: An information collection unit(330) stores created or collected information and the access characteristic of users who use a plurality of portable terminals which construct the SNS. An index classification unit stores and classifies the stored information according to an access index according to the access characteristics of the users. A social searching unit(310) connects to the plurality of the portable terminals which construct the SNS.

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal route tracing method using log gathered in an ad-hoc network is provided to trace a mobile terminal user using an ad-hoc network. CONSTITUTION: If a log is saved in an opponent terminal, a terminal extracts the log(423). The terminal transmits the extracted log to the opponent terminal(425). A central control center request the transmission of the log about the target terminal which is capable of forming an ad-hoc network(403). The central control center receives the exchanged log. The central control center analyzes the received log(429).
Abstract:
A voice recognition method used in a navigation system and an apparatus therefor are provided to recognize a word inputted by a voice by using a little resources. A voice input unit(220) receives a word through a voice. A voice recognition unit(250) extracts word feature data and initial sound feature data of the received word. A control unit(200) compares the extracted word feature data with previously registered word feature data. If a registration word having the previously registered word feature data which are identical to the extracted word feature data does not exist, the control unit compares the extracted initial sound feature data with previously registered initial sound feature data and performs voice recognition.

A system and a method for managing power required for executing an application program are provided to minimize the power consumption required for executing the application program by determining an optimal operation clock frequency of a CPU and a memory based on CPU/memory usage prediction of the application program. A requirement predicting module(211) predicts CPU/memory requirement required for executing the application program(21). An operation clock determiner(22) determines the optimal CPU/memory operation clock required for executing the application program based on the requirement. A clock frequency/operation voltage generator(23,24) generates the optimal CPU/memory operation clock and voltage level required for executing the application program based on the determined operation clock.
