Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless power receiver is provided to promote transmission efficiency and to prevent unnecessary heating of a wireless power receiver. CONSTITUTION: A non-radiative electromagnetic wave receiving unit(210) receives a non-radiative electromagnetic wave in resonance. A poly-phase signal separator(220) separates poly-phase signals from the received non-radiative electromagnetic wave. A poly-phase signal rectifier(230) rectifies the separated poly-phase signals. A DC/DC converter(240) converts the rectified DC power into usable power to a loading unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless power transmitter, a wireless power receiver, and a wireless power transmission method using the same are provided to determine an optimized transmission frequency according to a received power value, thereby improving transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A wireless power transmitter(100) modulates a transmission frequency according to a predetermined value. The wireless power transmitter transmits a high frequency signal according to the modulated transmission frequency to one or more wireless power receivers(210). The wireless power receiver re-determines the predetermined value according to information corresponding to a power value of the received high frequency signal. The transmission frequency is modulated within a range of 10 percent of an independent resonant frequency. The information with respect to the power value is created from the wireless power receivers.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An infrared detection sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a thermal insulation property of a sensor structure by a narrow support arm with low conductivity, thereby increasing sensitivity of the infrared detection sensor. Abstract: A fabrication method of MEMS structure is provided to block the diffusion of stress or crack generated in a part of MEMS structures. A fabrication method of MEMS structure comprises a step of preparing a substrate(10), a step of forming a sacrificial layer(11) on the top of the substrate, including empty regions, and a step of forming a device in the empty region of the sacrificial layer.
