Abstract: 본발명은산업현장에서사용할수 있는대용량콘센트로서 3상콘센트를단말기를이용하여즉시또는타이머를이용하여온/오프(on/off)를제어할수 있는 3상콘센트제어장치및 방법에관한것으로서, 상술한목적을달성하기위한 3상콘센트제어장치는, 3상콘센트와상기 3상콘센트의온 또는오프를제어하는단말기를포함하여구성되는 3상콘센트제어장치에있어서, 상기 3상콘센트는, 3상전원을인가받아동작하는장치의플러그와연결되는제1 소켓; 상기제1 소켓으로인가되는전원을온/오프시키는제1 스위치; 상기 3상전원을인가받아승압또는강압시키는트랜스포머; 상기트랜스포머로부터승압또는강압된전원을인가받고상기제1 소켓과는다른값의 3상전원을인가받앙동작하는장치의플러그와연결되는제2 소켓; 상기제2 소켓으로인가되는전원을온/오프시키는제2 스위치; 상기 3상전원을인가받아직류전압으로정류하는 A/D컨버터; 상기단말기와무선으로통신하여상기사용자로부터제어명령을수신하는통신부; 상기단말기에구성된단말타이머와동기되어동작하고설정시간을카운트하는타이머; 및상기 A/D컨버터로부터정류된직류전원을인가받아동작하며제어명령에따라상기스위치의즉시또는상기타이머에설정된설정시간경과후 온오프를제어하는제어부;를포함하여구성되어, 대용량콘센트로사용되는 3상콘센트를단말기를이용하여온/오프를제어할수 있도록하여대기전력에의해발생하는전력유실을방지하는효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sea surface wind simulation device is provided to artificially generate wind having an identical condition with irregular sea surface wind which is instantaneously changed, thereby forecasting effects of the sea surface wind on a real ship and marine structures by using a model ship and model marine structure. CONSTITUTION: A sea surface wind simulation device comprises a wind velocity profile data generating unit(100), a central control unit(200), and a sea surface wind generating unit(300). The wind velocity profile data generating unit saves an algorithm which generates the data of the actual sea surface wind generated in the sea. The central control unit is connected to the wind velocity profile data generating unit. Abstract: A wave gauge calibrator according to the present invention includes: a plurality of guide members which are separated with constant intervals; a plate which is capable of moving up and down along the guide members; a connecting member which connects the upper parts of the guide members; and a rotation rod which is connected to the connecting member, with the ability to rotate. Abstract: PURPOSE: A fluid static load measuring device for measuring a marine structure is provided to minimize a measuring errors by measuring with a plurality of measuring devices and measure a totality of external forces toward various directions. CONSTITUTION: A fluid static load measuring device for measuring a marine structure comprises a test object marine model(10), a support pipe(11), a measuring device(20), an installation structure(30), and a support structure(40). The test object marine model is floated. The support pipe is correspondently arranged by being separated at a predetermined distance in longitudinal and lateral directions of the test object marine model. The measuring device is installed in the test object marine model. The measuring device measures a static load with respect to an external force in all directions of 360 degree added to the test object marine model by wind or tidal current power.
