Abstract: A novel reactive dye for dyeing polyamide fiber, and a method for preparing the reactive dye are provided to improve the purity of a dye by lowering water solubility and to enhance fixation, dyeing uniformity and washing fastness. A reactive dye is represented by the formula I, wherein A1 and A2 are independently H, a methyl A reactive dye, a methoxy group, Br, Cl, a cyano group, a nitro group, a hydroxysulfonyl group, a C1-C2 alkyl sulfonyl group or a vinyl sulfonyl group; L is an amino group or an azo group; and D is a dye mother material represented by the formula VIII, IX or X. In the formula VIII, R1 is H, a C1-C2 alkyl group, an acetyl group, a benzyl group or a benzoyl group; and M is H or an alkali metal. In the formula IX, R3 is a methyl group or a hydroxycarbonyl group; X1 and X2 is H or Cl; and M is H or an alkali metal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is benzothiazole-based dispersion-reactive dye, which reduces pollution, dose not contain hazardous amine and metals, can be used in acidic and neutral condition, and is excellent in washing-fastness and properties. CONSTITUTION: The benzothiazole-based dispersion-reactive dye represented by the formula 1 is produced by a process comprising the steps of: diazotizing 2-amino-5-(beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole or 2-amino-5-(beta-hydroxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole; preparing a coupling solution by dissolving a coupler in an acid mixture; mixing the diazotized 2-amino-5-(beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole and the coupling solution at 5-10deg.C and adding a base and separating the produced dye or mixing the diazotized 2-amino-5-(beta-hydroxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole and the coupling solution at 5-10deg.C and stirring at 80-90deg.C by using acetic anhydride. In the formula, R, R1, R2, and R3 are identically or differently hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, cyanoalkyl, or amino acetyl.

Abstract: A composition comprising hair dye is provided to reduce skin irritation and hair damage after dyeing by using no harmful aromatic amine, improve convenience of use as compared with the conventional permanent hair coloring products, and enhance washability and coloring ability. A hair dyeing composition comprises 1-10 wt.% of thickening agent, 1-20 wt.% of penetrant, 0.01-5 wt.% of reactive dye having a vinylsulfone group, represented by the formula(2) in which M is an alkali metal ion such as H, Li, Na or K, and a remaining amount of water, and further comprises 1-5 wt.% of a pH regulating agent or a reducing agent for reducing a -S-S bond, wherein under acidic condition, the reactive group of dye forms a covalent bond with a reactive group of hair keratin, thereby coloring the hair keratin.

Abstract: A hair dyeing composition is provided to inhibit skin irritation by removing use of harmful components, improve convenience of use, coloring ability and washability, express various colors, and increase maintenance of color.
