본 발명은 약액을 동물에게 정확하고 용이하게 투여할 수 있는 화상 점적 투여기(Video instillator)를 개시한다. 본 발명의 화상 점적 투여기는, 바디, 바디에 제공된 스위치, 바디에 설치되는 모터, 모터의 구동에 따라 회전하는 이송 스크류, 이송 스크류에 결합되어 이송 스크류의 회전에 따라 이동하는 가압부재, 약액이 수용되며 가압부재가 이동하는 거리에 연동하여 약액을 투여하는 인젝터, 스위치의 입력 신호에 의해 모터의 회전수를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An image drop injection apparatus is provided to accurately and easily inject a drug solution to the throat of an animal, and to easily change an injector storing the drug solution. CONSTITUTION: An image drop injection apparatus comprises a body(1), a switch(3), an injector fixture(5), an injector(7), and a drug solution discharging unit. The body includes a space and a handle unit. The switch and the injector fixture are installed on the body. The injector is fitted to the injector fixture. The drug solution discharging unit is installed on the body for pressurizing the injector by the operation of the switch and discharging a drug solution from the injector.

PURPOSE: A biomarkder for confirming exposure of welding fume and a confirmation method using the same are provided to determine the exposure. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for confirming exposure of welding fume contains a gene of which expression is increased or decreased by expression of welding fume. A microarray chip for confirming welding fume exposure comprises entire or partial oligonucleotide of biomarker gene sequence or oligonucleotide which is complementary to the oligonucleotide. A kit for confirming the exposure of welding fume has the microarray chip.

PURPOSE: An inherited deformity of a hindlimb mouse which has a club foot derived using a chemical material, ENU(N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea) and method for producing the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: The inherited deformity of the hindlimb mouse has the club foot derived using the ENU. The mouse is prepared by a random mutagenesis. The method for producing the same comprises the steps of: inducing a mutation by inputting ENU to a male mouse; producing 3-generation mouse by crossing the mouse having the mutation with a normal mouse, crossing an obtained 1-generation mouse with a normal mouse and backcrossing an obtained 2-generation mouse with the 1-generation mouse; and screening a mouse having the club foot symptom from the 3-generation mouse.

PURPOSE: Provided is a head tossing and circling mutant mouse that can be utilized in the research and the development of therapeutic agents for diseases associated with an organ of hearing and balancing, central nerves and a nerves system. CONSTITUTION: The head tossing and circling mutant mouse is produced by the process comprising the steps of: administering N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea into a male mouse; cross-breeding the above mouse with a normal mouse to obtain a 2nd generation mouse; back cross-breeding the obtained 2nd generation mouse with the above 1st generation mouse to obtain a 3rd generation mouse; and screening the mouse which exhibits head tossing and circling action from the obtained 3rd generation mouse. Particularly, the mouse is Musmusculus of BALB/c and N-ethyl-N-nitrosurea is administered in a concentration of 150 to 250 mg/kg.

PURPOSE: Provided is a mutant mouse having hereditary cataract observable with naked eyes, which is useful as an excellent cataract model animal in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cataract. CONSTITUTION: The mutant mouse having hereditary cataract is produced by random mutagenesis using N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea(ENU). Particularly, the mouse is a Mus musculus of a BALB/c line. The method for making the mutant mouse comprises the steps of: administering ENU to a male mouse to cause mutagenesis; hybridizing the mutant mouse with a normal mouse to obtain a first-generation mouse, hybridizing the first-generation mouse with a normal mouse to obtain a second-generation mouse, and counter-hybridizing the first-generation mouse with the second-generation mouse to obtain a third-generation mouse; and screening a mouse showing a cataract symptom from the third-generation mice.

The present invention relates to an animal model having an inflammation in the respiratory system and uses thereof and, more specifically, a manufacturing method of an animal model having a lung fibrosis by steps of administrating guanidine based compounds and accordingly inducing the lung fibrosis, an animal model having the lung fibrosis manufactured by the method and a drug-screening method used for preventing or treating the lung fibrosis using the same. In the present invention, provided is an animal model, which is used for studying lung fibrosis and for verifying whether the drug can treat or prevent lung fibrosis.

본 발명은 에틸니트로소우레아(N - ethyl-N-nitrosourea, ENU)를 이용한 화학적 돌연변이(chemical mutagenesis)에 의해 백내장이 발생되어 수정체 후방이 돌출되고 돌출된 부분 주위로 고리모양의 백탁이 형성되는 표현형을 갖는 백내장 돌연변이 마우스에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 백내장 돌연변이 마우스는 복잡한 유전자적 조작없이 ENU의 처리에 의해 용이하게 획득이 가능하고, 기존의 백내장 돌연변이 마우스와 구별되는 표현형을 가지며, 백내장 돌연변이가 상염색체성 열성 유전 양식에 따라 안정적으로 후세대에 전달되므로, 인간 백내장의 발병 기전연구 및 백내장 치료제 개발을 위한 생체내( in vivo ) 스크리닝 모델동물로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
