Abstract: 본 발명은 커먼레일 방식의 디젤 엔진 차량에 적용되고 있는 연료탱크 내부의 연료센더에 고온의 리턴 연료가 아닌 저온상태를 유지하고 있는 연료탱크내의 연료가 흡입 충진되도록 함으로써, 엔진쪽으로 공급되는 연료의 온도를 충분히 낮추어 공급할 수 있고, 그에따라 공급라인상의 고압펌프 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 엔진의 출력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 디젤 엔진용 연료 센더의 연료 온도 더감 장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 연료탱크와, 이 연료탱크의 내부에 설치된 연료센더를 포함하는 디젤 엔진용 연료센더의 연료 온도 저감 장치에 있어서, 배출수단이 설치되고 저면에는 리턴연료 배출구가 형성된 제1하우징과; 상기 배출수단과 동축을 이루는 흡입수단이 설치되고, 일측면에는 연료흡입라인이 연결되는 제2하우징으로 이루어진 흡입기를 상기 연료센더의 외측 벽면쪽에 설치하고, 상기 제1하우징의 상면에 연료가 복귀되는 연료리턴라인을 연결하며, 상기 제2하우징의 상면과 연료센더간에 연료제공라인을 연결하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 엔진용 연료센더의 연료 온도 저감 장치를 제공한다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for injecting appropriate amount of refrigerant is provided to accurately inject appropriate amount of refrigerant by controlling amount of the refrigerant with a controller. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a high pressure port(32); a low pressure port(40); a pressure converter; a refrigerant vessel; a solenoid valve; an electronic scale(24); and a controller(20). The high pressure port is installed on a high pressure refrigerant line(28) between a compressor(10) and a condenser(12). The low pressure port is installed on a low pressure line(26) between an evaporator(18) and the compressor. The pressure converter detects change of pressure in the low pressure port. The refrigerant vessel stores refrigerant supplied through a refrigerant supply line(30) to the low pressure port. The solenoid valve is installed on the refrigerant supply line to intermit refrigerant supplied from the refrigerant vessel to the low pressure port. The electronic scale measures weight of the refrigerant vessel. The controller turns on/off the solenoid valve based on input signal on amount of refrigerant input by the electronic scale.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing oil temperature and pressure of power steering system for automobile is provided to optimize power steering system by comparing data obtained from the tests performed for oil coolers of a wide variety of capacities and shapes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a closed chamber(20) where an oil cooler(110) is mounted so as to provide the environment similar to the outdoor air condition; and a constant temperature chamber(10) for maintaining internal temperature condition of an engine room. Abstract: A rear air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to eliminate noise generated by inappropriately closing of a vent grill of roof vent when the conditioner is operating in a face mode.
