Abstract: PURPOSE: A reverse preventing method of an electronic control diesel engine is provided to restrict reverse of the diesel engine by preventing fuel injection in detecting reverse rotation with sensing direction of rotation of the engine, and to prevent starting failure at normal state by using the initial setting value considering tolerance of the engine. CONSTITUTION: Synchronization is detected in an electronic control diesel engine before rotating a camshaft of the diesel engine once if an ignition key is turned on(110,120,130). A cam signal is output into a digital signal in detecting synchronization(140). Fuel injection is stopped and synchronization is detected again in outputting the digital signal of 1(150). Error of synchronization is decided in not detecting synchronization(160), and fuel injection is performed in outputting the digital signal of zero(170). Fuel injection is stopped in reversing, and starting failure is prevented. The production period of the vehicle and test cost are reduced without testing the engine and the sensor in the vehicle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An injector map selection method for compensating aging of an injector in a vehicle is provided to combine the injector and the injector map optimally in aging the injector of a diesel engine. CONSTITUTION: An electronic control unit receives a detecting signal from a fuel level sensor in case of the vehicle gradient to be within the reference value, and detects the first fuel level in starting a vehicle having an injector and the electronic control unit including an injector map(ST21-ST25). The electronic control unit integrates the fuel injection amount in operating an engine in case of the first fuel level to be over the critical value, and compares the integration amount with the critical value in turning off an ignition key(S26-S31). The actual consumption amount is calculated by detecting the second fuel level in case of the integration amount to be over the critical value, and the injector map is applied by comparing the actual fuel consumption with the fuel integration amount(S32-S33). The injector and the injector map are optimized by inspecting the injector map continuously over the reference travel distance, and the engine is controlled according to mapping of the electronic control unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An injector map applying method by using the fuel consumption amount of a vehicle is provided to optimize the injector and the injector map by measuring the fuel consumption amount of the diesel engine having the common rail system. CONSTITUTION: An electronic control unit receives a detecting signal from a fuel level sensor, and detects the first fuel level in starting a vehicle having an injector and the electronic control unit including an injector map(ST21-ST24).
