Abstract:
PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a front end for a truck having a hood is provided to reduce the number of parts and simplify working process by modifying the structure, and to increase the lower rigidity of the dash panel by assembling the dash panel with a floor panel of the truck through a lower cross member. CONSTITUTION: A hood(11) is installed between a front end panel(10) and a front bumper and opened and closed by a striker(11a). The end of the front end panel is combined with the end of a dash panel(12) placed downward far from the hood. A hood latch(12a) is protruded in the dash panel, and engaged with the striker of the hood to lock the hood. The lower part of the dash panel is combined with a box type lower cross member(13) connected to a floor panel(14) forming the floor of the truck. An upper cross member(15) and a center cross member(16) are horizontally placed, spaced from each other and installed in the front end panel.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling a turn signal lamp of a vehicle are provided to offer convenience to a driver by automatically turning off a turn signal lamp even if a turn signal lamp switch is not manipulated, and to improve the commercial value of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a turn signal lamp of a vehicle comprises a left/right turn signal lamp switch sensor(1), a left wheel rotational speed sensor(2), a right wheel rotational speed sensor(3), an ECU(Electronic Control Unit), and a left/right turn signal lamp(4). The ECU controls the turn signal lamp via a control flow chart programmed depending on the traveling state sensed depending on the left/right wheel rotational speed sensor.

조립이 간편하고 조작성을 개선하여 차량의 엔진룸과 같이 협소하여 주변과의 간섭이 심한 장소에서도 보다 용이하게 사용할 수 있도록, 선단 외주면에 걸림홈이 형성된 수커넥터와, 수커넥터가 축방향으로 삽입되는 헤드부를 구비하여 수커넥터와 결합되는 암커넥터, 상기 암커넥터에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며 암커넥터 내부로 돌출된 적어도 일부분이 상기 수커넥터의 걸림홈에 끼워져 수커넥터를 고정하는 고정 클립을 포함하며, 상기 고정클립은 암커넥터의 외주면을 감싸도록 형성되고 양 선단이 벌어지도록 암커넥터의 횡방향 평면을 따라 탄성 변형되는 밴드를 포함하고, 상기 밴드는 적어도 일부분이 암커넥터에 형성된 슬릿을 통해 암커넥터 내부로 돌출되어 수커넥터의 걸림홈에 끼워지는 록킹부를 이루고, 상기 암커넥터의 외주면을 따라 슬릿과 연결되는 결합홈이 형성되어 상기 밴드가 결합홈에 끼워져 안착되며, 상기 밴드의 일측 선단부는 암커넥터 외측으로 돌출되어 손잡이를 형성하고, 밴드의 타측 선단부는 상기 결합홈에 형성된 단턱에 걸려 상기 손잡이를 외측으로 당길 때 밴드의 회동 중심을 이루는 구조의 커플링을 제공한다.

본 발명은 추월 및 급가속 등으로 엔진의 열적 부하가 높은 고속, 고부하 영역에서 전동식 워터펌프의 작동을 능동적으로 제어하도록 하는 전동식 워터펌프 제어장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 엔진회전수와 연료량 및 냉각수의 온도를 검출하여 엔진이 고속, 고부하의 운전조건인지 혹은 일반 운전조건인지 판단하는 과정, 엔진이 고속, 고부하의 운전조건이면 냉각수의 온도가 설정된 제2기준온도 미만인지 판단하는 과정, 냉각수의 온도가 제2기준온도 미만이면 연료량과 엔진회전수를 적용하여 전동식 워터펌프의 속도를 계산하고, 냉각수의 온도에 따른 보정계수를 추출하는 전동식 워터펌프의 속도를 최종 결정하는 과정, 최종 결정된 속도로 전동식 워터펌프를 제어하여 냉각수 순환을 제공하는 과정을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A catalyst for selective reduction of nitric oxide within exhaust gas containing rare earth metal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to eliminate nitric oxide within exhaust gas of hydro-thermal treatment former and post treatment in the high temperature by using rare earth metal as co-catalyst and by using Mn and Fe as active component and zeolite as carrier. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst for the selective reduction of the nitric oxide within the exhaust gas containing the rare earth metal is immersed in the zeolite carrier. The catalyst contains more than one kind of manganic compound, and the iron compound selected from the rare earth metal. The co-catalyst component contains 4~40 weight% based of the standard of catalyst of total 100 weight of the rare earth metal and manganese and iron. The manganese contains 10~60 weight%. The iron contains 4~40 weight%. The zeolite is included in 20~200 parts by weight. The catalyst has the reduction activity capability of the nitric oxide of 80~100% in the reaction temperature of 200~400 °C after the hydro-thermal treatment. The reduction reaction of catalyst uses the element (Urea) or the ammonia (NH3) as the reducing agent.

A liquid level display device is provided to easily notify a fluid level even in a night by turning on and off a plurality of LEDs(Light Emission Diodes) according to the fluid level. A liquid level display device includes a floating part(2), a variable resistance(1), and a plurality of level indication parts(3,4,5). The floating part moves up and down according to a fluid level. The variable resistance is connected to the floating part to output current signals different from each other according to a height of the floating part. The level indication part turns on and off a plurality of LEDs and indicates a height state of the fluid according to a current level outputted from the variable resistance. And, each of the level indication parts indicates a low state, a medium state, and a high state, respectively.

PURPOSE: A method is provided to detect a fail of an intake air detecting sensor depending on an engine load, which is calculated by using a differential output of intake air, an output of intake air and an intake air temperature. CONSTITUTION: When an engine is started(S100), it is determined whether a monitoring condition is satisfied(S110). If the monitoring condition is satisfied, a difference of an amount of intake air and an engine load are calculated(S120,S130). Then, it is determined whether the difference of the amount of intake air and the engine load are within a range of a critical value(S140). If the difference of the amount of intake air and the engine load are within the range of the critical value, a fail is determined(S150) so that a limp home mode is carried out(S180).

PURPOSE: A rivet for preventing noises is provided to prevent the noises generating due to friction noises of a head portion of the rivet and a member by adding a rubber pad at an inside of the head portion of the rivet. CONSTITUTION: A shank head(12) is formed integrally at a shank(11), and a rubber pad is installed at the shank head(12). A perforation hole(21a) is formed at the center portion of the rubber pad. The rubber pad is inserted at the shank(11), and is attached closely with the shank head(12). The rubber pad is installed between the shank head and a member(m), and thereby prevents a contact directly of the shank head and the member(m). A protrusion(21b) is formed at an edge portion of the rubber pad.

본 고안은 자동차용 차체의 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 40% 오프셋충돌시 섀시보조프레임이 후방으로 밀릴 때 이를 효과적으로 지지할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 고안은, 섀시서브프레임(10)이 배치된 전방사이드멤버(20)와 센터필러사이드멤버(30)가 스테이를 매개로 결합된 자동차용 차체의 보강구조에 있어서, 상기 스테이(100)가 대략⊂자 형상으로 되면서 단면은 중절모자의 중앙을 절단한 상태의 단면을 갖는 한편, 양단은 센터필러사이드멤버(30)를 구성하는 내외측센터필러사이드멤버(31,32)에 각각 고정됨과 더불어, 상기 전방사이드멤버(20)의 하부에 설치된 섀시서브프레임(10)과 전방사이드멤버(20)에 소정위치가 각각 고정된 구조로 되어 있다.
