    Abstract: PURPOSE: A core coupling auxiliary apparatus is provided to manufacture easily a precise cylinder block by fixing a relative position between cores in forming a coupling core using a divided core constitution. CONSTITUTION: A core coupling auxiliary apparatus is provided to fix and couple crank case cores and a front/back end cores. The crank case cores are divided and coupled into a plurality of cores and the front/back end cores is coupled at a front side and a back side of the crack case core. A pole(220) stands to arrange vertically an upper end of the divided crankcase cores on a plate(210) fixed in a certain height from an earth surface. The first frame(230) and the second frame(240) stand on the plate to separate a certain distance from the pole. One end of a connecting frame(250) is hinged at an upper end of the first frame, and the other end thereof is connected to the upper end of the second frame(240).
