Abstract: 본발명은, 연료가저장된연료탱크에서프리필터를거쳐연료펌프로연료가공급되고상기연료펌프는커먼레일로연료를공급하되잉여(剩餘) 연료는연료탱크로회수되는연료장치의디젤차량용프리필터의빙결방지구조에있어서, 상기연료펌프또는커먼레일에서회수된잉여연료는회수라인을통하여연료탱크로회수되도록구성되되, 상기회수라인은회수된연료를프리필터로공급하도록분기(分岐)시키는분기밸브(divergence valve)를포함하여구성된것을특징으로한다. 상기와같은구성의본 발명은, 연료펌프및/또는커먼레일을거쳐압력상승에따라고온으로가열된연료를이용하여효율적으로왁스를용해시킬수 있는효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An anti-fuel freeze structure for diesel vehicles through a fuel recovery is provided to prevent diesel fuels from being frozen in a fuel filter and a fuel line without using a heater. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fuel freeze structure for diesel vehicles through a fuel recovery comprises a fuel tank(10), a fuel filter(20), a fuel pump(30), a common rail(40), an injector(50), an ECU(Engine control unit)(60), a motor(70), and a battery(80). The fuel filter removes foreign materials transferred from the fuel tank. The fuel pump supplies the fuel transferred from the fuel filter to an engine. The common rail and injector injects the fuels supplied from the fuel pump into the engine. The ECU controls operation of the engine and a supply of the fuels. One side of the motor is connected to the fuel tank and the other side is connected to the fuel filter. The battery supplies power to the ECU and motor.
