Abstract: A shift fork of a manual transmission is provided to improve shift quality, and to restrict vibration of the sleeve by distributing force evenly and by increasing stable supporting force. A shift fork of a manual transmission is composed of a semi-arc body part(51), and a pad part(53) inserted to a groove(61) of a sleeve(60) to hold and move the sleeve in shifting and formed at both sides of the body part. The thickness of the pad part is greater than the thickness of the body part, and a sleeve supporting unit is formed in the body part to restrict the shaking angle of the sleeve by supporting the sleeve in shaking the sleeve. The sleeve supporting unit is turned freely corresponding to the side wall of the groove of the sleeve, and composed of a ball(55) rolled to the sleeve. The ball is installed in a plastic cap(57) and mounted in the body part, and an assembling part(59) is formed in the upper part of the body part and combined with the shift rail.

Abstract: A valve lift variable device is provided to improve the fuel efficiency of an engine by reducing a size of the lift device in a compact size. A valve lift variable device comprises an internal body(10) hinged to a support shaft(X) to receive operating pressure from a lash regulator(1), a pair of external bodies(20) installed on both outsides of the internal body by a hinge shaft, a transition body(30), and a torsion spring(40). The external bodies are compressed by a cam to define an intake/exhaust valve compressing portion. The transition body receives the operating pressure from the lash regulator at a pivot end of the external body to vary the positions of valve lifts of intake/exhaust valves(3).
