Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for cooling pressed air of a fuel cell system which can include: i) a heat absorption part installed in an air supplying system that supplies air at high temperatures, which is pressed by an air compressor, to a fuel cell stack; ii) a heat dissipating part installed in a low temperature part in a stack cooling system which cools coolant that circulates through the fuel cell stack; iii) a heat pipe which connects the heat absorption part and the heat dissipating part and includes coolant filled inside the heat pipe; iv) a coolant reserver which is connected with the heat dissipating part and stores the coolant; and v) a coolant supplying unit which directly connects the coolant and the heat absorption part and selectively supplies the coolant in the coolant reserver to the heat absorption part.
