Abstract: PURPOSE: A roof rack of a vehicle is provided to load and move goods by adjusting a gap of a cross bar and reduce noise by inserting the cross bar to a cavity when the cross bar is not used. CONSTITUTION: Rails(1,1') are installed to both sides of roof panel(3). A cavity is formed to the rail. A center rail(5) is installed between rails. Diverged rails(6,6') are formed to an upper portion of the center rail. A slider is inserted to each cavity in sliding. A fixing device is installed to the slider. An end of a cross bar(12,12',13,13') is pivoted to the slider and the other end is supported to the diverged rail. Thereby, various volume of goods are loaded and resistance is reduced when the cross bar is not used. One worker adjusts a gap of the cross bar.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A support structure of an engine room hood is provided to prevent the damage when the hood is fallen and to reduce components and processes by eliminating a stay rod. CONSTITUTION: A hood bracket(23) is welded in a hood(20). A support link(30) is connected with the hood bracket and forms a protrusion. A fixing bar(31) is connected with the support link. A sliding bracket(21) is welded in a car body(46). A slot hole(51) is formed inside the sliding bracket and the connected portion of the support link and the fixing bar is inserted into the slot hole. A leaf spring(32) is located in the connected portion of the slot hole. A locking lever(40) is connected with a hinge bracket(25) to be welded in the hood. A spring(44) is inserted in a first square hole(47) of the locking lever. Many links are connected with a handle. A fixing support is not necessary when the hood is supported. The damage of an operator is prevented by falling the hood. Numbers of components and processes are reduced by eliminating the fixing support.
