Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat treatment method for the frictional surface of a cast iron product, in particular, a gray cast iron disc, and, more specifically, to the heat treatment method for preventing the corrosion of the frictional surface of the cast iron product. The present invention for preventing the corrosion of the frictional surface provides the heat treatment method includes: a step of injecting a gray cast iron component into a nitrification furnace after raising temperature inside the nitrification furnace with keeping the temperature at 700; a step of lowering the temperature inside the nitrification furnace with keeping the temperature at 400 to 550, and forming a nitrification layer on the surface of the gray cast iron component by nitrifying the gray cast iron component; a step of forming an oxidization layer on the nitrification layer by oxidizing the gray cast iron component having the nitrification layer; and a step of cooling the gray cast iron component having the oxidization layer. CONSTITUTION: An integral brake disk(1000) comprises a friction unit(100), a hub(300), and a connection unit(200). The friction unit is in contact with a pad. The hub is joined with a bearing. The friction unit and hub are made of different kinds of materials through an integrated molding. The connection unit connects the friction unit to the hub. The connection unit is connected to the hub in the lower end and is laterally separated from the hub. The connection unit is formed with an interface(210) made of different kinds of materials. A stepped protrusion is formed between the connection unit and hub in order not to overflow a casting.
