Abstract: A lock mechanism operating knob of the folding type sheet for the vehicles is provided to confirm the unlocking state of the seat back by rising the display bar with the repulsive power of the magnets if the knob body is rotated at the front and is protruded from cover and seat back upper side. A lock mechanism operating knob of the folding type sheet for the vehicles comprises the knob body(11) in which the either side is supported by the support pin(13) in the housing(10); the cover(15) installed on the top of the housing; the supporting plate(17) formed integrally with the inferior of the knob body; the cable(18) connected to the downward of the knob body; the magnet adhered to the bottom of cover; and the magnet for the behind adhered repulsion of the knob body. The magnet supports to get the display bar(20) on and off, and the magnet for the repulsion has the polarity like magnet.
