Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable roll control system for a vehicle is provided to execute the active roll motion by controlling the stabilizing strength at two steps according to operation of a driver or traveling condition of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A variable roll control system for a vehicle is composed of a main stabilizer bar(21), an auxiliary stabilizer bar(23), connecting links(R1,R2,R3,R4), and a link fixing unit(27). The main stabilizer bar is formed as a hollow beam. Both sides of the main stabilizer bar are installed to be rotatable through a sub frame(13) and a mounter(15). The auxiliary stabilizer bar is arranged in the main stabilizer bar. Both ends of the auxiliary stabilizer bar are arranged outside by passing through both bent units of the main stabilizer bar. The connecting links connect each both ends of the main stabilizer bar and the auxiliary stabilizer bar and one lower side of a strut bar(3). The link fixing unit selectively fixes the connecting links connecting one side of the auxiliary stabilizer bar to the strut bar.

Abstract: A double tie rod is provided to prevent a housing from being damaged when the end part of the tie rod is bent in one direction by arranging a steel body in the center of the ceramic housing. A double tie rod comprises: a rack bar connected to both center parts of a gear box to be moved side to side according to the rotation of a steering wheel; a steering part to disperse the load delivered to the rack bar; a cylindrical body whose one side includes a connection part; and upper/lower housings(31,41) combined with the external circumference of the body.
