Abstract: PURPOSE: Combining structure of side members of a radiator is provided to improve a unit for combining the side members to protect the sides of a radiator core on one-sides of upper and lower tanks. CONSTITUTION: In combining structure of side members(30) of a radiator(20), both ends of upper and lower tanks(21,22) are fitted into combining parts of the side members. The ends of the upper and lower tanks are combined to the upper and lower ends of the side members by pins(40) and clips(50). The pin forms the head on one side and forms an annular clip groove on the other side. In the clip, through holes are formed in the middle of an outer plate and an inner plate. The middle part of a metal plate is folded to form the outer and inner plates. The middle part of the pin passes through the through holes, and the inside of the through holes is fitted into the annular clip groove of the pin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotating axis device for improving lubrication of a bearing is provided to extend endurance life by improving lubricating performance. CONSTITUTION: A rotating axis(1) is supported by bearings(2,3) press-fitted to a housing(4), so as to rotate. Grease for supplying to the bearings is accommodated in the space(5) for accommodation of grease formed in the housing. The rotating axis has two symmetric spiral grooves(7,8) feeding the grease to the bearings of both sides when the rotating axis is rotating forward. The middle of the rotating axis forms taper bodies(9,10) having bigger diameter than the diameter of both bearings side to improve the feeding efficiency of grease by the spiral grooves. If the rotating axis rotates the two grooves transfer the grease from the central part to the bearings. Therefore sufficient feeding of grease lubricates the bearings.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composite cooling device of a vehicle is provided to arrange temperature control valves in multiple stages, thereby enabling to cope with various heat sources with a mechanical configuration without a separate control device. CONSTITUTION: A composite cooling device of a vehicle comprises a plurality of radiators(100), a plurality of temperature control valves(300), a water-cooled intercooler(500), and a water pump(600). The radiators are connected to each other and circulate cooling water successively. The temperature control vales are arranged in each radiator and disperse the cooling water has flown into the inside of the radiator to two outlets according to the temperature of the cooling water. The water-cooled intercooler supplies the cooling water to an engine(400) and cools the compressed air of a turbo charger. The water pump discharges the cooling water to the water-cooled intercooler from the temperature control valve and the radiator positioned in the lowest portion.
