Abstract: PURPOSE: A parking location extracting method, a terminal using the same, and a recording medium in which a program is recorded are provided to easily check the parking location of a car using a user terminal and guide a user to a parking location without building surrounding infrastructure around the car. CONSTITUTION: The latitude and longitude of a user terminal are measured by GPS(Global Positioning System)(S200). Using a GPS module, the latitude and longitude of the user terminal moved from a parking location are measured(S300). Using the parking location of the measured user terminal and the information of a current location, a separate distance on a Cartesian coordinate or a polar coordinate between the parking location and the current location is calculated(S500).
