Abstract: An apparatus for processing vehicle parts is disclosed. The apparatus for processing vehicle parts according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a base frame; a processing header installed in one side of an upper part of the base frame so that exclusive tools being rotated as installed can process vehicle parts; a tool exchange unit installed in an upper part of the processing header, equipped with multiple exclusive tools for materials of the vehicle parts, and supplying tools selected in processing the vehicle parts to the processing header; and a jig unit installed in the other side of the upper part of the base frame, facing the processing header, and regular positioning the vehicle parts to the processing header through selective rotation as two mounting pallets are equipped by corresponding to the vehicle parts respectively having a different shape by vehicles.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a chip inflow preventing device of an index table for workpiece processing and, more specifically, to a chip inflow preventing device of an index table for workpiece processing capable of fundamentally preventing the inflow of foreign materials, such as chips, into an index table for transferring a pallet on which workpieces are placed to the processing area of a machine tool. The present invention can easily remove the foreign materials, such as the chips, by mounting an air blower for automatically blowing air to a coupling part positioned at the center of an index table to automatically blow the air to a lower pneumatic coupling whenever the pallet is replaced. Also, the present invention can fundamentally prevent the inflow of the foreign materials, such as the chips, into the index table by attaching a chip blocking plate to the circumference of the index table so that the top of the chip blocking plate can be coupled to the underside of the pallet when the pallet is laminated on and coupled to the index table.
