Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for checking the position of heterogeneous jigs and for clamp pressure variable by processing material and, more specifically, to a system which can correct a deviation of a jig position by identifying the precious position of the jig when exchanging the jig and prevent the material from being strained or impressed by the clamp pressure of the jig by controlling the fluid pressure supplied to the jig according to the material of a processed product, in order for heterogeneous jigs to share a processing palette. According to the present invention, included in the system for checking the position of heterogeneous jigs and for clamp pressure variable by processing material are: a touch probe sensor which calculates a position coordinate for the designated position of a jig that is safely positioned on the processing palette; a position information receiver which receives the position coordinate of the jig sent by the touch probe sensor; and a control unit which compares the position coordinate transmitted from the position information receiver and the predetermined normal coordinate to determine whether the position of the jig is precise or not.
