Abstract:
PURPOSE: A wiper device is provided to eliminate a wiper cover for an exported vehicle and to solve a crack problem of a windshield glass by continuously maintaining the separated status of wiper blades. CONSTITUTION: A pin(15) is fixed in a hinge portion(14a) of a wiper retainer(13). A ratchet wheel portion(16) having a saw tooth is axially fixed in the pin. A locking structure to restrict the ratchet wheel portion is formed near a hinge portion(14b) of a wiper arm(12). Thereby, the transformation of a wiper blade rubber is prevented. Moreover, a wiper cover for an exported vehicle is eliminated.

PURPOSE: An oil cooler pipe of a hydraulic power steering device is provided to improve cooling performance of the oil as the heat exchange efficiency between the oil in a pipe and the external air is improved. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler pipe of a hydraulic power steering device comprises a pipe body(10) and a concavo-convex unit(11). The pipe body comprises an oil inlet(10a) and an oil outlet(10b). The oil flows through the oil inlet and oil outlet of the pipe body. A plurality of projected units and recessed units is formed on the concavo-convex unit. The projected unit is projected in the longitudinal direction of the pipe body to the radius direction. The concave unit caves in to the inner side of the pipe body.

A power steering oil cooler equipped in a washer liquid reservoir tank is provided to generate vortex according to a suction hose when oil flows into an oil pump so as to rapidly cool the oil. A power steering oil cooler equipped in a washer liquid reservoir tank(31) combines a supply hose(13) connected to an oil pump with one side of a gear box. A return hose(14) is combined with one side of the gear box such that high-pressure high-temperature oil in the gear box flows into an oil reservoir tank(12). The oil reservoir tank is combined with the inside of the washer liquid reservoir tank in order to cool the high-pressure high-temperature oil flowing into the oil reservoir tank through the return hose.

A horn structure in a vehicle is provided to simplify a total structure and reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of springs as supporting structures and the number of contacts. A base plate(11) is fixed to a steering wheel. A fixing contact(15) is installed at a center of the base plate. An operating plate(13) is connected to the horn and is elastically supported by the base plate through a spring. A movable contact(14) is installed apart from the fixing contact at the operating plate. A plurality of sliding joints(12) are installed between the operating plate and the base plate in order to guide a vertical movement of the operating plate.

PURPOSE: A yoke joint assembly is provided to easily recognize the faulty assembly a yoke and a shaft and to effectively assemble a yoke joint and a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A yoke joint assembly(100) comprises a yoke(110), a bolt member(120), a shaft(130), a slip member(140), and a fastening member(150). The yoke is equipped with a serration hole(114). The bolt member restricts the shaft which is inserted into the serration hole. The shaft is equipped with a serration(132) to correspond to the serration of the yoke. The slip member is detachably attached to one end of the shaft which is inserted into the serration hole in the longitudinal direction. The fastening member rotatably joins the slip member which is joined to the shaft.

PURPOSE: An universal joint coupling unit is provided to prevent the misassembling of a universal joint and the input shaft of a gear box through preventing the coupling of the same in case of the coupling is incomplete. CONSTITUTION: An universal joint coupling unit(100) comprises a misassembling preventing member(200). The universal joint coupling unit is inserted in the mounting hole(117) of an universal joint and installed by a cutout part(113). The misassembling preventing member opens a bolt hole(119) only in case of the fastening groove(123) and the bolt hole of an input shaft is matched through inserting an universal joint completely.

PURPOSE: A reinforced muffler pipe is provided to ensure enhanced strength with reduced thickness because projections are formed on the exterior. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced muffler pipe comprises a pipe part(10) and projections(20). The pipe part is formed in the shape of a cylinder with both sides open. The projections are formed by protruding a part of the exterior of the pipe part and disperse the stress acting on the pipe part, thereby improving the strength of the pipe part.

A power steering oil cooler tube is provided to cool high-pressure high-temperature coil with cooling water at a temperature of about 90 degrees to prevent a hose from being hardened and reduce material cost. A power steering oil cooler tube includes a supply hose connected to an oil pump and a reservoir tank, a return hose, and an oil cooler tube(21). The supply hose and the return hose are combined with each other. The oil cooler tube is connected to the center of the return hose. The oil cooler tube is connected to the center of the inside of a lower tank of a radiator to cool high-temperature high-pressure oil with cooling water.

PURPOSE: An oil cooler of an automatic transmission is provided to reduce cracks by removing a stress-concentrated part by eliminating an embossing unit and installing small projections at both sides of a tube plate and to prevent the leakage of oil caused by breaking down the embossing unit. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler of an automatic transmission is composed of a tube plate(50,55) having a cooling passage unit(57) formed long between cup units(56); an inner fin(70) inserted into the cooling passage unit of the tube plate to transmit temperature of the oil to the tube plate; and a pin movement preventing unit disposed at both sides of the inside of the tube plate to hold the inner fin without moving. The fin movement preventing unit is a projection(58) protruded from the tube plate.
