    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for measuring a mixing rate of polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) and polytrimethyleneterephthalate (PTT) fibers. The method comprises a qualitative analysis step of checking the existence of PET and PTT fibers in a fiber blend and a quantitative analysis step of measuring a mixing rate using a microscopic count method through the color difference between the PET and PTT fibers caused by double refraction in a cross polarization state of a polarized light microscope (PLM).
