    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent effectively the elusion of plasticizer without using any specific component or device by applying in superposed relation at least two layers of the cast film with a specified thickness comprising rigid vinyl chloride resin on the surface of molding article made of the flexible vinyl chloride resin in which a plasticizer is blended. CONSTITUTION:The vinyl chloride resin to be a basement (P) is mixed with the plasticizer of 40-80pts.wt. to the resin of 100pts.wt. so as to give softness. The molding article of vinyl chloride resin is required that the cast film (c) of rigid vinyl chloride resin of at least two layers is laminated as covering layers on the surface of molding article comprising the flexible vinyl chloride resin component. It is necessary that the thickness of the cast film comprising the hard vinyl chloride resin of at least two layers laminated as covering layers on the surface of the molding article is 20-200mum in its total thickness. The thickness less than 20mum may not sufficiently be able to prevent the elusion of plasticizer. And the thickness more than 200mum may strongly be apt to damage the softness of basement of the soft vinyl chloride resin.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound useful as an intermediate in chemical synthesis of nucleic acids in one process, by reacting a nucleoside with a specific silicon halide in the presence of a silver salt of an acid and subsequently hydrolyzing the resultant reaction product. CONSTITUTION:A nucleoside expressed by formula I [B is (protected) nucleic acid base] is reacted with a silicon halide expressed by the formula R2SiX2 or XSiR'2OSiR'X (X is halogen; R and R' are tert-butyl or isopropyl) (preferably di-tert-butyldichlorosilane or tetraisopropyldichlorosilane) in the presence of a silver salt of an inorganic or organic acid (preferably silver nitrate or silver trifluorosulfonate) and the resultant reaction product is subsequently hydrolyzed to afford the aimed compound formula II or III.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a large amount of dihydrofolic acid reductase-angiotensin II fused protein, by manifesting a fused gene in which an angiotensin II gene is included in a plasmid vector pTP 70-1 with a colon bacillus. CONSTITUTION:A newly recombined plasmid pANG2-11, which is replicated in stable with a colon bacillus, imparting resistance to trimethoprim and resistance to ampicillin to a colon bacillus as a host, having a size of 4651 basic pairs and having a bonded structure of chemically synthesized DNA of 43 basic pairs containing a conformation coding angiotensin II at BamHI site of pTP 70-1, is produced. A colon bacillus introduced of the plasmid pANG2-11 (FERM BP-1815) produces a large amount of dihydrofolic acid reductase-angiotensin II fused protein.

CONSTITUTION:The cyclic silicone derivative of the formula (B is unprotected or protected nucleic acid base; R, R' are phenyl, branched alkyl of 3 or more carbon atoms; R'' is H, unprotected or protected hydroxyl) is hydrolyzed with an acid such as hydrochloric acid or an alkali such as sodium hydroxide to cut one bond in 2 siloxane bonds preferentially whereby the objective silicon group is eliminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain bradykinin having hypotensive action, by separating bacterial cell from E.coli C600 strain containing pBLAK1, treating the cell with cyanogen bromide and separating the objective compound by high-performance liquid chromatography. CONSTITUTION:E.coli C600 strain containing recombinant plasmid pBLAK1 is cultured in a medium, the bacterial cells are collected after cultivation and centrifuged to obtain a protein composed of dihydrofolic acid reductase-reductase fused to bradykinin. The protein is mixed and treated with cyanogen bromide and subjected to high-performance liquid chromatography to obtain bradykinin useful in the fields of medical and pharmaceutical industries, etc.
