Abstract: Procedimiento para la obtención de granulados que contienen substancias con actividad biológica, que se emplean para la obtención de medicamentos, piensos, complementos alimenticios y agentes dietéticos, en los que las substancias con actividad biológica se presentan dispersadas de manera homogénea en una matriz a base de al menos un polímero elaborable como termoplástico, que presenta una solubilidad dependiente del valor de pH en medio acuoso, mediante mezclado homogéneo de substancias de empleo en la fusión y subsiguiente extrusión y conformado, caracterizado porque el conformado se efectúa en un medio refrigerante, en el que los granulados no son solubles o dispersables, empleándose como medio refrigerante agua, cuyo valor de pH es ajustable de modo que los granulados no sean solubles o dispersables.

Abstract: The use of N-vinyl-pyrrolidone (NVP) copolymers (I) is claimed as surfactants in formulations of water-insoluble materials (II). (I) is derived from (a) 60-99 mol.% NVP, (b) 1-40 mol.% of one or more monomer(s) selected from (b1) 8-30C alkyl esters of mono-ethylenically unsaturated 3-8C carboxylic acids, (b2) N-(8-18C alkyl)- or N,N-di-(8-18C alkyl)-substituted (meth)acrylamides and (b3) vinyl esters of 8-30C aliphatic carboxylic acids and (c) 0-39 mol.% of further radically copolymerisable monomers. The (II) formulations containing (I) as surfactant are also claimed.
